First the owner sent me one agent that made first contact with me by asking me to review an auto and renters policies despite originally stating I was seeking only renters at the time. No policies were attached to the email and after I asked a few days later if they were actually mailed instead I heard nothing for several weeks until I reached out to their main email again. The owner then sent me another agent that also set up an auto and renters policy combo but this time actually attached it. Then the first agent came back out of nowhere with her own policies. Good grief. I told that story to tell this one, Alexis at Click Insurance is an all-star MVP and I'm wicked happy I went with my gut after seeing the other reviews. I knew there was potential bit of savings to be had by bundling auto and renters and after speaking with Alexis for no more than five minutes I knew she was going to find me the very best coverage for me. Floored by the thoroughness and transparency. If I could give him 0 stars I would…read more I moved to MA from California and Bobby was happy to take my full years payment for car insurance. However, after being provided with my complete driving history (which is less than stellar) and giving me a quote for a year, which I paid in full, I was notified less than 6 months later that I owed more than triple what the original quote was because my rate had increased. I have not had any incidents. Since this has happened (in August.. it's now December) I have called him probably at least 20 times. Emailed him at least 5 times. No response. Unless he's dead, there's no excuse. Upon calling the company, they told me they had no record of my incidents and they have on record that I started my driving career in 2012 (I started driving in 2006 and gave him my drivers license number from back then in a different state!). The company claims he needs to be responsible for refunding me and adjusting my history since the customer service people don't have licenses and another agent isn't able to alter what another agent has done. So since he wont respond to me, I'm currently uninsured and out an extra $900 that was stolen from me by his wrongdoing to keep my insurance for an extra month! Additionally, I got my car inspected per his instructions but I emailed him and snail mailed the inspection forms and I never received my stickers from him either so they have my on record as not being inspected. JUST TRUST ME AND DO NOT BUY INSURANCE FROM BOBBY LAU IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY.
