First the owner sent me one agent that made first contact with me by asking me to review an auto and renters policies despite originally stating I was seeking only renters at the time. No policies were attached to the email and after I asked a few days later if they were actually mailed instead I heard nothing for several weeks until I reached out to their main email again. The owner then sent me another agent that also set up an auto and renters policy combo but this time actually attached it. Then the first agent came back out of nowhere with her own policies. Good grief. I told that story to tell this one, Alexis at Click Insurance is an all-star MVP and I'm wicked happy I went with my gut after seeing the other reviews. I knew there was potential bit of savings to be had by bundling auto and renters and after speaking with Alexis for no more than five minutes I knew she was going to find me the very best coverage for me. Floored by the thoroughness and transparency. Multiple comps were run and I ended up with a new insurance company once she showed me how I could get better auto coverage all around, plus renters, for less than what I was currently paying for just my auto policy! Can't beat that! She answered all my questions and took care of everything. Making it even easier, all I had to do was digitally sign some documents by email and, voila, done!

I participated in their 5th annual Boston's Best Neighbor Award, which is to "honor an individual who has demonstrated special care, concern, and volunteer hours to make their neighborhood a safer, more pleasant, and more friendly community for all of the residents.
