If you're looking for an experienced real estate agent who knows the ins and outs of the Boston…read moremarket and can guide you through your transaction with professionalism and humor, you'll find no one better than Lucas Garofalo. He has a solution for every issue that might arise, and if he can't solve something himself, he definitely has someone among his contacts who can. We have worked with Lucas on several transactions, selling and buying. His plan for selling your property will be well researched, carefully planned, and attractively marketed to the best pool of potential buyers. We recently sold a South End condo in just two days, and we were thrilled to receive more than our asking price. The entire process was very simple, with Lucas smoothing out any and all potential bumps. After selling our condo, Lucas helped us find a new home. We looked at many options, saw a few properties multiple times, and settled on a condo that suits us perfectly. Again, the process was easy and stress-free. Lucas worked very well with the seller's agent, and we always felt that he had everything under control. He is very organized, and his attention to every detail inspires trust and confidence. We will always turn to Lucas for future real estate transactions. He's the best!

A unit did peak my curiosity, so I phoned Lucas on a Thursday and the next day he brought me in for a private showing. Serendipity. The place was perfect and I was ready to put in an offer! With the competitive South End market Lucas and I had a strategy discussion on what it would take to get my offer accepted. Lucas provided an analysis of prior listings meeting my criteria demonstrating to me what timeline I could expect for another unit meeting my needs. Beyond money, Lucas asked me to write a heartfelt note to the Sellers as to the importance of why I wanted this home. Within 35 business days I bought, sold, and obtained a mortgage. This fast track was accomplished largely because of Lucas's wonderful relationships with my banker and attorney, real estate agents, and Lucas's diligent work ethic. On the selling of my existing home Lucas did an analysis of past sales and market listings, resulting in pricing the unit appropriately for the market. Lucas also leveraged his network for showings prior to the MLS listing going live resulting in an immediate Purchase & Sale acceptance. While both homes were exceptional there were a couple home inspection surprises and some exterior work common area work needing to be done. These conversations can tend to be "personal" so Lucas guided the conversations to resolution where all parties felt good! Lucas stayed by my side every step of the way taking the stress off me. The more fun stuff was when he took measurements of my new place and recommended how best to decorate it, or he was on my step ladder testing the smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and changing batteries. Lucas coordinated the overwhelming deadlines ensuring the execution of the Purchase & Sale deliverables, H-06 insurance, home inspection, fire escape and balcony affidavit, smoke and carbon monoxide detector inspection, Massachusetts 6-D certificate, Condo budgets and reserves, etc. Exceptional Service that is meaningful and significant - this is Lucas.
