I hung up because of her attitude. She said, "I don't work for Cricut," but if you're an authorized dealer, you should at least know the difference between the machines you're dealing with. If she hadn't been so rude, I might have caught her mistake earlier. I know I never mentioned a circuit model number to them. When I originally called, someone said she'd pass my number on to someone who "knows more about Cricuts and stuff." So maybe they're not actually Brother-authorized, even though Brother's website listed them.
