Nothing in the contract was delivered and we paid 4000.00 dollars for garbage we threw out. The food was full of salt, not cooked enough (raw chicken, raw greens, etc.), over cooked (burned dressing, burned ham, overcooked vegetables that were to have been fried corn and fried squash), stove top stuffing burned, watery potato salad, etc. I am willing to show anyone the photos of the dog food presented that we flushed down the toilet and garbage disposal, and sent back to her by her staff. The food was also delivered late and my family was completely disappointed and those that ate some of the food became ill. I would not have served this food to a stray dog.....beware. She prepared both Hispanic and Filipino dishes, and every bite tasted like it was made by a beloved family member. The food was authentic, flavorful, and one of the highlights of the celebration. Throughout the entire process, Miracle and her team were supportive, responsive, and genuinely invested in making our daughter's special day everything she dreamed it would be.
