She turned your work around in 2 to 3 days typically although if you need it faster you can ask for a rush. I'm not sure if she charges more for that or not. I was very pleased with the work that she did for me. A tale tale sign is always getting your Waze taken in and if they simply don't take the waist off and throw On darts that is not a customized alteration. Again I am very pleased with her work she is a very sweet older lady and I would highly recommend their! business

It was pricier than expected however we live in an era where everything had gone up. I gave them 4 stars because of their confidence level when I first messaged them. Other than those issues I'm satisfied with the results to repair my military jacket.

I took the first item back that was picked up in November but not checked until last week, and they would not honor it because I didn't have the receipt 6 months later. The dress was not ready and she said "come back in 45 minutes. I go back, pay for dress and jacket, checked dress but did not check jacket while in the store.
