We even had hourly updates after an incident with rat poison, all while we were in Ireland. Our pack of hunters will never go anywhere else.

We bought a pair of clippers from petco but were afraid that we would hurt him in the grooming process. We talked it over and then decided that this was a job for a professional as we were very scared of trimming his nails. We called prtco and they informed us that they could not groom cats at that location. They then referred us to bark avenue. We called right away and they were able to trim his nails with no appointment so we brought him down. Our cat was super shaken up by the car ride when we got there. The groomer came right out with a friendly smile and a pair of clippers. She pulled out the clippers and gently clipped all of our cats nails within about a minute. Our kitty was a bit shaken up but seemed to do just fine with the whole experience. The service we revived was fast and friendly. It was very affordable. $6,5 is not a bad price to pay to ensure that your little baby kitten is not hurt during the process of getting his nails trimmed. The place was very clean and organized. There were some very friendly looking pets there that looked like they were about to be groomed. All of the dogs that we saw seemed ok with being there too. We will defiantly be back. They did a great job.

I recently rescued a dog who has been severely abused and neglected. He is afraid of everything, and I was incredibly nervous about his first grooming experience. But Rascal's blew me away with their compassion and professionalism. The staff took their time with him, showing incredible patience and care. They even tag-teamed the process: one team member held him, comforted him, and spoke kindly while the other carefully trimmed his nails. What could have been a traumatic, one-time-only ordeal turned into a surprisingly positive experience--he actually enjoyed it! I never thought I'd see my dog this calm and happy during grooming. Unlike other groomers in the area, Rascal's truly has heart in what they do. They even have a window where pet parents can watch to see firsthand how ethical and kind they are. Dear Warm Fuzzes, We recently Adopted Bobby. He is a short…read morehaired tabby cat that you had at your pet adoption event inside of petco. Let me start out by saying that Bobby is the best Kitten that we could ever ask for. The day we brought him home, he was a bit shaken up from the car ride. When we let him down, he ran into the closet and hid for a few hours. It was also his first day away from his brothers and sisters. I assume that he was taken from his mommy that day too. That night, I went into his room to go check on him. I was wearing a fuzzy pink bath robe. He walked right up to me, snuggled up in the bath robe until he fell asleep on me. Ever sense Bobby has been a wonderful addition to our home. He likes lots of play time. His favorite toy is the mouse on a stick. He also likes to play hide and seek. Bobby has never had a litter box accident. He enjoys walking on the window sill and playing with his ball.Bobby seems like a very happy kitten and seems very healthy too. He is growing more and more every day. Bobby is extremely affectionate and enjoys sleeping in our bed with us at night. We would like to thank you for all of the helpful advice that the lady at petco gave us when we wanted to adopt Bobby. He goes to the vet this week for his next check up. The petco coupons were very useful. The information that you provided us with was very helpful too. We wish we could have taken in his mother and two brothers which we hear are still up for adoption. This is so sad to me as the real victims here are the dogs. I have nothing to gain from having had a dog who was hurt or seeing an individual that I do not know lose their business. It is encouraging there are recent good reviews and I pray no more dogs are injured. I posted a negative review with pictures about my experience here on FB as well as other locations including Yelp!. If you read my review, you will see we had tried to speak with her in-person before posting...thinking it could have been an employee. Anyway, long story short, we were met with unprofessional behavior...I have also seen similar reviews in other places. This has led to almost a year long cycle of this business owner leaving me "compliments" on Yelp! as a method to reach me directly and make belligerent statements. Until recently, that's all they were. Was just sent one today threatening to find where I work and hassle me. I had to finally consider my children's safety in this all and decided it best to file a police report and I am considering a harassment order if the law enforcement warning does not stop it escalating further. In my opinion this just goes to show the validity of my concerns and still concerns me there was and never has been any concern shown or mentioned for our sweet shihtzu. I will not be bullied into removing an honest review and account of our experience.
