After we got the bill I told billing manager Katie Simpson that i had a dispute with the bill that I would like to talk about. Her response was to send my bill to collections less than a week after our visit. When I went in to pay the amount I had the itemized bill for at the clinic, the same billing manager claimed I couldn't pay them any more. I had to work it out the with collection agency. Still making it worse the amount they reported to collections was almost double what i had a bill for. Now i have to go through hoops to have it not affect my credit. Think that was the worst part? They charged us for the euthenasia, even though it was their anesthesia error that fried our cats brain. Never take your pets here. They will botch the procedure, they will botch your bill, and they'll screw over your credit by sending in a false amount. Also, in the waiting room for the vet to tell me the news, I found a deer tick crawling up the wall. Unclean, Unprofessional, and I'll be sharing this review with everyone in my community.

The next day and the next day they were following up to see how she was doing and she is doing GREAT! if you can, I highly recommend this clinic and dr Hoffman. you won't find better care for your fur fur than this clinic
