I had a different stylist this time and usually my dog would be at the groomers for a few hours. This time they called me after about 45mins to an hour and said she was all finished. When I picked her up, her ears were still wet and I noticed some parts of her were not completely trimmed as well as they have been in the past. My appt was just a few days ago and her hair has a mat in it behind her ear from that area not being trimmed properly. A little frustrated only because I've had such good experiences in the past with a different groomer from this establishment and this time it was not anywhere near to what it usually is.

Turned out to be a great experience for our puppy. Skyler took great care of our buddy. She was friendly and positive and Dune appeared to like her right away. He was looking a little too furry. When we picked him up he looked amazing. Skyler said he was very well behaved and was easy to work with. We were a bit concerned as Dune is very energetic. After all he is just a puppy. We'll return to have Dune taken care of whenever it's needed. A very clean and professional facility with enough room to not have multiple pets in the same room. Great job!

They came home with kennel cough. When we picked them up they were coughing and wheezing and hacking. We knew instantly something was wrong. The employees at Gracies place said nothing. Having never experienced kennel cough before I did not know what was wrong with them. I brought them to the vet and she confirmed our suspicions. My dogs had contracted kennel cough at Gracies place. They knew they had boarded dogs with kennel cough they said nothing. They gave no notice to us. Provided us with no information that they were exposed to kennel cough even after hearing them hacking and coughing and wheezing when we picked them up. I called to let them know that they had an extremely contagious disease at their location. They said that they knew. They offered no credit towards our boarding with them and no compensation for the $240 vet bill.Even though my dogs got sick hear it appeared to be a new facility.

For extra bonus points, he even cracked a few jokes. My only feedback would be that it would be nice if they provided emergency on call services.

I was aware when placing my order it would have a lead time of 4 months or so. I waited patiently with periodic check ins and put together all my decor, lighting thermostats etc. I was originally quoted a February delivery. That came and went. I still waited patiently . Then when I checked in with Ali in May she emailed me that my cages were being built and would be shipped around May 18. I was ecstatic. Unfortunately that turned out not to be true. After 36 weeks l still have no cages or indication they are close to being built. I am also seeing other people who ordered after me that have received their cages. People who have been impatient and complained seemed to have moved ahead of me in the queue. A group I follow on facebook had a discussion about this and several people who placed orders later than me had received their cages after threatening to cancel the orders. I was understanding with the delays and issues surrounding covid and the explosion in their business. What I can't tolerate is being lied to about my cages being in production. That and the fact that because I was polite I got put behind customers who ordered after me because they pushed harder. That shows a distinct lack of professionalism. Sadly I am now going to take my business elsewhere. I have several snakes that needed more room and I can't delay longer. I sure hope Animal Plastics comes through their growing pains with more professionalism and faster production times. I am so disappointed.

Nala is an under 2 German Shepherd. She has always been loving toward dogs and humans. Recently…read moreafter a new neighbor with aggressive dogs moved in next door, Nala started showing rude behavior toward strange dogs. It could be age, it could be a change in her home environment. Either way we suddenly could not go out in public because I feared the wrong dog would react to her behavior. Nala started going to Tiffany with ICO. She did one on one trainings for two hours twice a week. This past weekend we were able to return to the dog park and Nala successfully responded to other dogs in a proper manner. Not only did Nala respond correctly but I've also learned through Tiffany the importance of advocating for my dog and her right to her personal space. Nala had a fantastic time once again playing with her dog friends and meeting new friends. I highly recommend talking with ICO and helping your puppy change behavior before it changes them. Tiffany's communication is amazing while she trains not just your dog but also you on how to be a good dog mom/dad. I can't thank her enough!
