I sat in the parking lot for over an hour to make sure they were okay and eventually saw someone eating. I went in to pick up my dogs around 230 after they were not answering my calls. Now, the cat is in heart failure due to endocarditis. It strikes me that, antibiotics are given to humans prior to dental work just for this reason. Why would you not do that for animals.
