I'd be lying if I said I wasn't nervous about dropping my cat off somewhere, but I was welcomed warmly and given information on how the procedure was going to go. Made me feel better as I was leaving. They got my cat done first, because he was being a little scared and nervous so that made me feel better. I dropped him off at 7:45 am and I was taking him home by 9:30 am! I was very surprised and happy on how fast and well everything went! Picking him up went smoothly and he has been healing very well, which is something i was nervous about! They called me the day after to make sure he was eating, drinking, and healing well! Now, the cat is in heart failure due to endocarditis. It strikes me that, antibiotics are given to humans prior to dental work just for this reason. Why would you not do that for animals. I wonder now if a DVM was even involved in this procedure. I would not recommend this establishment bases what has transpired in this case. Today I have to put this animal down. BTW, this cat is 18 years old.
