I advised them this was my puppy Poppy's first time getting grooming and they reassured me everything was going to be alright. They walked me to the back grooming area so I could see where she was going to get groomed and explained the whole process which was very comforting. So after a few hours went to pick her up and she looked gorgeous. They did such an amazing job with her cut, she smelled amazing, and her accessories were adorable. They also have very fair pricing for the quality of work that they do. The owner was super nice and gave wonderful customer service. He even gave us different treats and dog food to try for free. They have gained my trust and business for as long as I have a dog.

A confirmation text was sent after making the appointment via phone call. My dog and I were warmly received upon entering the business. My requests for styling were honored and my dog came out looking adorable. The price is fair. I appreciate that there's not a ton of add on grooming options like some other places. I did add teeth brushing, however. A bag of free treats was provided upon my departure. This place is back to being my preferred groomer.

She obviously should not be at a front desk ANYWHERE let alone in an office people can be emotional over their pets health. I wasn't even emotional over my pets health, just upset with all their up charges and very inaccurate/false findings with our pets. She blamed me for not realizing they charge for something they said I had previously paid for, yelled and stated false claims. Luckily there is a camera in their office. If you love your pet, go anywhere but here.

The female hates her feet being touched, and hates new people. Kathy has a special touch- let me tell you! First time there Kathy spent some time with the female dog and got her to trust her the quickest I have ever seen. She was able to get the trails trimmed and even worked on trimming the hair. Next two visits she worked on more trust and than brought out the drill to grind the nails. This was a big step! This trip today Kathy was able to file the nails and shave the paw pads WITHOUT ANY accidents or my dog getting scared! My female dog is so fearful that at the vets (which I have brought all my dogs too for the last 26 years) she has shown teeth and has to be muzzled for the last 2 years. NOT here, not at Runway Pet Groomers! The store owner/manager always is nice and giver my dog space to build trust. Kathy is special, as is this location. My male dog is a ball of energy and just wants to love and run around the whole time. They handle him with care, because he will try to jump off the bench to see the other dogs and people. They do not yell, scold or tighten the lead or choke him to comply. Rather, they give him attention and work at his pace. His nails are blackened and hard to see the quick, and he has NEVER come back with a cut or bleeding. Unlike other places I have taken him. You can see other groomers and other dogs through the windows, and none of them seem like they want flee the area. There's toys, treats and food items to purchase should you choose. Overall, the prices are good for the area and the staff are great with dogs. I won't take them anyplace else!

A few months ago, I made a reservation for my 3 puggles to board for approximately 1 -2 weeks because I was going into hospital for a lung condition that I suspected would need major surgery.  In fact, I did need surgery and I called Bow Wow right away and asked them to keep my doggies for a few more weeks and they said no problem and to keep them posted. Well, a few weeks turned into two and a half months!  After major surgery, I got pneumonia and an infection that resulted in a 2nd major surgery.  The 2nd surgery left me so weak, I had to spend 2 weeks in a nursing home for IV antibiotics and physical therapy to get better.  BTW, best ever nursing home - 5-star rating: AdventHealth Care Center Apopka North.  https://www.adventhealth.com/skilled-nursing/adventhealth-care-center-apopka-north#10023 During this nightmare, one of my only sources of comfort was knowing my sweet 4-legged children were being well treated.  Bow Wow loved and cared for them as if they were their own - they practically adopted them!  My doggies even learned quickly where their own room was.  The owner, James and his team run a very clean, organized, and caring environment for all their canine guests.  Dogs get scheduled play, rest and feeding whether they are there for just daycare or long term.  Everyone is so friendly and kind at this place which makes for excellent customer service.  The grooming is wonderful as well - when I finally picked up my dogs, they were clean and happy! The trust and confidence I have in Bow Wow is incomparable.  I have been to several other places in the area and none come close.  I look forward to bringing my pups back to Bow Wow for boarding and grooming - hopefully next time during my vacation instead of a hospital stay!

They have been there twice before with good results. We arrived as scheduled at 11am and the owner says will be ready about 2:30 to 3pm (there was only one other dog on the grooming tables). Not having received any calls from them, after more than 4 hours, we arrived 3:15pm and there were not ready; instead of taking responsibility the owner starts with excuses; blaming us for not brushing the dogs, etc.!! She asks for 30-35 more minutes. We step out to get a smoothie and return 4:15 (this double the time she asked for), but still not ready. In a 90+ degrees day she asks us to step outside. Then her rude aggressive daughter starts berating us after we softly said it has been over 5 hours since they have the dogs (and almost 2 hours since they were due). Anyone can have a bad day; perhaps scheduling issues, short staff, etc., but what is unforgivable is not owning it and then blaming the customer and berating us. Finally, to add insult to injury they cut in half two of our new Seresto collars $58 each saying the hair was entangled (those collars were less than two weeks old) and also increased the price over 10% from 8 weeks ago. Beware here; your experience can go from wonderful to awful in no time. They don't own their mistakes and then blame (and berate) the customer. So Sad!

The facility is clean and nice. I have not had trouble getting a timely appointment. My cat had to have surgery that required anesthesia and I was worried about the cost. It ended up being about a third of what I was expecting. I'm so happy we found this vet.
