Ten seconds after letting my dog out to the backyard, I spotted a rattlesnake on the paved area in my ("snakeproof") backyard. It was perpendicular to the opening of the door. These little animals are absolutely darling but were causing havoc by digging holes and tearing up my yard. There was a family of five; the mom and four smaller squirrels. If you have unwanted desert creatures on your property or inside your house, Animal Experts should be on your radar! During our home renovation project we had some bats enter the house and leave evidence of their nightly visits. We called Animal Experts and they did a thorough inspection to determine where they were entering from and how to prevent it from happening again. Cass saved the evening! A Diamondback rattler at our back door just as I was stepping out with our dog. Young grandchildren were visiting, plus our dog, wife and I are immune compromised. My wife and I can't say enough about Marc and Arizona Animal Experts. After calling our contracted pest control company and several others as well and being told that there was nothing they could do until Tuesday at the earliest, we contacted Marc Hammond at Arizona Animal Experts. Marc came out on a late Saturday afternoon and helped us solve what we thought was a trapped bat in our ductwork. We were really worried about the poor animal and its safety. After sleuthing through exhaust vents, behind walls, and even between the roof and the narrow ceiling air space, Marc caught a glimpse of a small bird at the bottom curve of an exhaust tube. This, by the way, was being done chiefly up on our roof in 108-degree temperatures over the course of several hours. Bottom line? Marc and company gave up a Saturday afternoon to work in terrible conditions to help us try to save a tiny bird. He even contacted us as a follow-up the next morning to make sure we were okay and if we needed any help to put things back in order. Had the same experience as another person here. Called Jeff, no return call. Finally got ahold of him by calling several times. he wanted me to start feeding the raccoons for at least 3 days. Called him again the next morning to let h8m know there was a baby laying on the roof of my screened porch and he asked for the address. Our family in Tucson commonly has wildlife visitors from the natural reserve behind our house. With our fence's gaps being about five inches apart, we commonly have dessert Cottontail rabbits, round tail ground squirrel, quail, and all sorts of wildlife visitors. However, the activity of all of the small prey animals often attracts attention of hazardous wildlife, so we've had many encounters with rattlesnakes, coyotes, and even bobcats that have climbed our fence! Handling the Diamondback Rattlesnake from our yard, their methods of extraction were safe and respectful, not harming the snake, but instead, safely capturing it, and moving it into their truck for relocation, in a process that lasted under three minutes. The personnel who assisted us, Marc Hammond, was kind, and professional, incredibly understanding of the situation, and having a respect for the wildlife and nature that our family could appreciate, us being very grateful of their holistic solutions, and no kill capture methods. I would recommend their services for anyone struggling with hazardous animal visits, or situations with snakes, bobcats, or anything else. We had a bat get into our house through a loose screen door. I called around town to pest control companies as well as wildlife rescue organizations. No one was equipped to come get the bat. A worker at the wildlife rescue org recommended Animal Experts. They were available to come 24/7. The price is very reasonable as well. The person who came was very professional and also helped identify the source of the leak (otherwise more bats might keep coming in!). I would definitely recommend animal experts to remove any sort of animals that may have wandered into your house or property. Ted arrived promptly to extricate a rattlesnake caught in one of those horrible glue traps. I poured some olive oil around the snake while he gently worked it free, all the while holding it safely behind the head. He washed off the oil with some warm water and put the snake in a large jar to be later released in an unpopulated area.
