Pigeons...I hate pigeons…read more.. Some may say that pigeons are cute and love the sweet sounds that they make. I, on the other hand, loathe pigeons. These flying rats found their homes under my expensive solar panels and little cubby holes of my home. That is bad enough, but the final straw is the amount of poop that they leave around my house. It's a lot...of poop...all around the house. Ick. There aren't many options when it comes to pigeon "removal". I found Diamondback Wildlife Control on Yelp and I scheduled an appointment with Rudy. He came to my home, inspected the situation, and provided me an estimate of repairs. This is not an inexpensive endeavor, but I'm happy to report that Rudy took care of my pigeon situation and my home is no longer Pigeon Poop Central. Rudy was professional, prompt and did what he said that he was going to do. I highly recommend Rudy and his company. They will be my pesky critter people from now on!

My renter alerted me to the possibility of a bird in the chimney…read more I called at 10AM on a Tuesday, and Josh was at the home same day. He extracted an adult mourning dove from the chimney. It was overheated, not moving, and likely dehydrated. My renters mentioned hearing it in the chimney for at least two days!! Josh cooled it down with water, and stayed with it until it was moving around on it's own. He moved it to a shady area, and about 15-minutes later, I watched the bird fly up into a tree. While here, Josh was even able to put a mesh screen over the chimney to prevent it from happening again. Very positive experience, and I would definitely call Josh again.

Technician Jesus: arrived at wrong time, but Finished Eric's job - left a bit of a mess and splashed poison on my furniture-and did not knock down the termite tube as promised- 2 star ( I would have given 5 star if he had not left the tube up and if he had not sprayed termite poisoning liquid all over my furniture for my cats to possibly lick) Andre the inspector: arrived at the time promised - was thorough and informative. Very pleasant and was kind- 5 star Rich the Manager: resolved issue with Eric and Jesus - did not reply to texts very well, tried to make excuses for his employees (Eric) did however apologize and take ownership of the issue and eventually made sure the work was completed (minus the termite tube that was never removed even though he said multiple times that he would make sure it would be done) - 4 star Scheduling Reps - 1 star as they always messed up the date/time and even added us for dates and times we never even discussed with them. The customer service reps messed up our appointment every single time - and even added appointments that we never asked for- very chaotic and disorganized. One of my plants was almost killed by Eric and he left a mess everywhere- also did not complete his job- when I called customer service to get him back out all 3 people ( Andre, Rich and Eric) called me . However Eric was the only one who tried to convince me that he did not need to come back out to complete the agreed upon work and even went as far to tell me that my husband told him that he didn't need to do a section ( the section that was the most important and the whole point we had had then out to fix!) after double checking with my husband we discovered that Eric was bold face lying to me and we lost trust very quickly from then on. Rich was kind enough to send a different Tec (Jesus) out to complete the work - however still leaving a mess and poison on my furniture and still left the termite tube. Would not recommend for the hassle- Truly Nolan is cheaper by far but we learned that "you get what you pay for" cheep in this case also meant poor work and messy work left incomplete. Would not recommend. At this point I'm just gonna take down the termite tube myself - clean up the poison off my furniture so that my cats don't die- put back my plants that Eric moved all around the outside of my house - and rescued the plant Eric shoved a rock on- not worth the hassle to call them yet again.
