Five stars -- knowledgeable, fast, and absolute experts in their field…read more After three sleepless nights listening to something scurrying around in my walls, I called Animal Experts to figure out what I was dealing with. Darren came out that same day, walked the entire house, and pinpointed where animals were likely getting in. He suspected roof rats and set traps to be sure -- and sure enough, we caught a roof rat and a pack rat the very next day. What really stood out was how knowledgeable he was -- about pack rat and roof rat behavior, what draws them in, and how to trap them effectively. He showed me how to check the traps and let him know when one had closed, and every time I called, he was back out immediately. He even went beyond the trapping itself, helping me track down handymen and contractors to seal up the entry points so the rats couldn't get back in. From the first call to the final resolution of this problem, this was an outstanding experience. If you're dealing with animals in your home, Darren at Animal Experts is who you want on the job.

We had a mysterious critter on or in the roof. Outstanding service, and one of only 4 people licensed to do live trapping in Tucson. Thanks, Josh!

It was overheated, not moving, and likely dehydrated. My renters mentioned hearing it in the chimney for at least two days!! Josh cooled it down with water, and stayed with it until it was moving around on it's own. He moved it to a shady area, and about 15-minutes later, I watched the bird fly up into a tree. While here, Josh was even able to put a mesh screen over the chimney to prevent it from happening again. Very positive experience, and I would definitely call Josh again.

Pigeons...I hate pigeons…read more.. Some may say that pigeons are cute and love the sweet sounds that they make. I, on the other hand, loathe pigeons. These flying rats found their homes under my expensive solar panels and little cubby holes of my home. That is bad enough, but the final straw is the amount of poop that they leave around my house. It's a lot...of poop...all around the house. Ick. There aren't many options when it comes to pigeon "removal". I found Diamondback Wildlife Control on Yelp and I scheduled an appointment with Rudy. He came to my home, inspected the situation, and provided me an estimate of repairs. This is not an inexpensive endeavor, but I'm happy to report that Rudy took care of my pigeon situation and my home is no longer Pigeon Poop Central. Rudy was professional, prompt and did what he said that he was going to do. I highly recommend Rudy and his company. They will be my pesky critter people from now on!

AZ Pest Control did the most comprehensive inspection of my home and told me where they found a colony outside that was making it's way into my house. I hired them immediately and they sprayed inside, outside, and come by every other month to spray, granulate the grounds, and check any other issues. Last year I got a call telling me they saw termite activity outside and I needed to get it treated. Mind you - I did have it treated by a different company the prior year who I'm pretty sure stole my money and did nothing. There was no record of them treating my house which they're required to report to the state. So again I hired Arizona Pest Control. We installed a treatment system and all has been fine since. Communication is great. I know when the tech is coming with email reminders, day of texts, and get emailed the report immediately after. They keep the outside from coming inside which provides my bug phobic self a lot of peace.
