No thick gel, uneven shaping, lumpy polish, or sloppy chop-shop work here. She removes only the dead cuticle carefully without damaging healthy skin, so I never leave with swollen, over-cut fingers pretending it's "normal." Everything is also exceptionally sanitary. All of the tools are sterilized, sealed, and opened in front of you, which I really appreciate. They also have a huge color selection, whether you're into classic neutrals or something more fun. Every photo I've attached is on my natural nails--no tips, forms, or extensions--which says a lot about the quality of her work. I've never had issues with lifting, chipping, or premature wear.
