Two different events drew me to Anheuser Busch. The first time was to see the Clydesdale horses. They did not look has big as the last time I saw them when I eight, I was still impressed by their size. The most recent visit was for a car show. It was great to see cars that I have not seen at a show before. There were a few food trucks at these events. This is an ideal property to have outdoor events like these. It is an easy off and on from the freeway, the parking area is huge and flat, and after the event the parking lot can empty quickly. These are the reasons for a five-star review. The brewery has not offered tours since January 2019. This is a blow to tourism for Fairfield, according to the news report they still plan on offering events on their grounds. I will definably be back for horses, cars and any other event that sound interesting. read more

Treat drivers like shit. Says pick up at one time yet when you get here they tell you to wait 10hr cause the load ain't ready, cause they have no product. I will definitely not be picking up or delivering loads to this company anymore. Negative stars. Do better. read more

Date: 10/18/2018 Time: 2:00 PM 75° Sunny Our group's adventure for the day ended at Anheuser Busch for tour and beer tasting. I have to admit I have never acquired a taste for beer. It does not matter the brand. I don't drink beer and I don't like the taste of it. I am not a fan of beer. Yecch! Ugh! So there! Ha! Even though I have this dislike for beer, why am I on this tour and what is up with the 4 star rating? Just because I have a negative opinion of beer, it does not mean giving a bad rating such as a one or two stars. I am being objective of Anheuser Busch. The tour is interesting and, of course, I love their Clydesdale horses and their beer commercials during the holiday season. To see the facility, all of us are required to wear ear plugs and clear plastic goggles as a safety measure. The decibel level in the facility is high and the ear plugs are for our protection. One of the buildings has these humongous steel kegs (72 feet long and I didn't hear the height of these kegs) for storing the beer. The building is four story high. Temperature on the first level is 50° and 36° on the 4th level. There is also a metal container with beechwood chip. We have a choice of keeping it as a souvenir or returning it. Our group is divided in two groups, 25 people in each group. One group goes on the tour of the facility while the other group goes to the tasting room. I am in the second group. Tasting room, here I come. I choose a bottle of mango rita to try. It is a tad too sweet. I only have four small sips because of the sugar level. I leave the rest of that beverage on the table. When the first group returns from the tour, they go to the tasting room. The second group goes on the tour. Our two tour guides are pleasant and articulate in providing the history of Anheuser Busch. Their service is superb and they are informative. The gift shop is nice place to visit, but I did not purchase anything. read more

I had a good time seeing some of the equipment in their "smaller facility" in Fairfield. It is loud most of the time, so they provided wireless headsets and ear plugs for some of the tour. The fourth floor is supposedly kept at a brisk 36F, so they told us to wear jackets. A highlight for me was when the tour leader grabbed a tap and poured straight from the shiny silver things. Used a Groupon and got the BeerMaster Tour. That gets you a hat, a glass and 10% off the gift store up front. read more

This is the worst place to Deliver or pickup a Load, Took them 8 plus hours to unload, Stay away from this place, unless you have no other choice. Drivers make sure to bring food as you can not leave this facility until your load gets Done. read more

Rating a business don't mean anything if nothing ever change. This facility neither care nor does anything. I am not the first or last to write about this place. it is not just their fault, truck are at fault as well Cz they keep coming back to this facility even after knowing they will be here up to 14 hrs either loading or unloading. what Is the point of appointment if you still be here for hrs and hrs. Worse is that there are no contacts except security which can't do anything. The truckers should consider not coming to this place. If I knew I was coming here before I booked this load I would have refused it. They don't deserve any stars. read more

Came here with my husband on Sat for a tour. Got here around 1:30pm, so we had to wait until 2pm for the next tour. Apparently they have a more expensive Brew master's tour $30pp, at 10am, and 2pm, but I felt it wasn't really necessary especially for that price. We opted for their regular tour $5pp, plus we paid an extra $3pp for an extra tasting at the end. Our tour guide Armando, started out with some history of the company, then we went into a room with tables, and tv screens to watch a video, and also have several tastings. The cool thing was they allowed us to choose from about 10 different kinds of beers as well as a few sparkling drinks. The Pineapple Rita Splash, and the Hard Apple Cider were my 2 favorites, since I tend to like my drinks a little sweeter. My husband enjoyed an Elysian Night Owl Pumpkin Ale. We then got to walk through part of the huge bottling area, which was about 50 degrees, so bring a jacket. The bottling line wasn't really in use at the time, but you still get an idea of how things work. The last thing we did was came back inside the main tasting and merchandise room, and got to sample a few more beers etc... We ended up buying a mixed 6 pk for $10 and my husband bought a shot glass for $6 All in all, we both felt we got our moneys worth :) read more

i audited this company once at the fairfield plant. i have fond memories of a salami sandwich in their employee cafeteria made by a sweet latina. but to get to that sandwich, i had to go through tough security. but i eventually got used to it after days of being full body searched, signing in and out, wearing a personalized guest badge, using their magnet key access cards for entry, and being buzzed in between doors that would lock behind you before the next door would open (i had fears of being trapped in between with no one to save me for days!) if you get that far, you will be in the prestinely clean plant where you can see your own reflection in the polished stainless steel containers of budweiser. so what were we talking about again? o right, my salami sandwich was loaded! mustard, mayo and the sweetest/crispest shredded lettuce. the bun was also perfectly toasted. too bad they didn't provide me any beer to wash it down with...but i guess i wasn't supposed to drink on the job anyway. read more

$5/person for a tour which includes 20 oz of beer...so worth it! They take you into the factory and give you a presentation about the history of how the company started up until present. While you listen to your guide & watch the presentation you get to choose between 5 beers to taste. They show you how they make the beer, the canning process, the beech wood (time honored tradition) and let you take some home as a souvenir too. After the tour you get to go the big bar by the gift shop and have a 10 oz of your choice. They have a large Jenga, Foosball, mini pool table, and sports channel is on. We drove to Budweiser to see the Budweiser Clydesdales. Although we have seen these beautiful horses many times before, each viewing is such a special treat. I was really impressed how the wagon is stored in the back of the Budweiser tractor trailer. The people who work with the horses, or drive the trucks were pleasant and informative. read more

Anheuser-Busch is the most screwed up business on the planet. The worst example of a company thinking they are an 800 lb gorilla and can treat their commercial customers like crap. We are a restaurant that up until now have carried a ton of their products, but no more. When you call to order, you get a call center in India. When you call with an issue, you get a call center in India. They are the only supplier we have that doesn't provide monthly invoices, and they have sent us to a collection agency twice in the last few months (in India), despite the fact that we have a credit card on file with them and are on auto-pay. They somehow forget to charge the occasional invoice, and then just auto-send to collections. And don't get me wrong, I have nothing against call centers in India, but I have a huge issue with a huge behemoth company that delivers tons of beer to restaurants that has zero local support and a broken back-office. We have sworn off all Anheuser-Busch products, and will never carry them in our restaurants again. read more

Though it is still nice to have a complimentary tour, the experience has been downgraded from the tour 2 yrs. ago. I add it to the list when taking guests to the Jelly Belly Factory. They used to have a nice tasting room with nice ambiance but they have moved it to what is a small conference room. There were beverage dispensers and enough pretzels for all guests before, but the trip yesterday did not have enough water for guests because they poured from a half filled filtered pitcher. They handed out a limited amount of pretzels, too. The complimentary beer is nice but they should offer more options so people know what else they bottle. The guide was nice but not as experienced or passionate as the man we had before. Both employees were young and appeared not to care much about the product. It is a small plant and they have a nice gift shop, now. The limited tour times can make it difficult for people to visit. Overall they went from classy to cheap on experience, which is unfortunate. read more

I would like to stay the staff was really accommodating. I was in a time crunch and they accommodated my start time. They also gave me a lot of information and I got to learn a lot about how beers are made, the different types of beers, and the history. I also liked the small touches such as wrapping my glass (that comes with the tasting package). read more

where do i start. i was hired as a seasonal worker here in fairfield california. within my second month on the job i personally experienced and witnessed not only harassment towards myself and sexual harassment towards a coworker. management does nothing because place has union involved which protects it's workers i guess. all upper management is caucasian and racist. for example , guy that was harassing people and making sexual harassment statements to others was white and only did it to other non caucasians and this was reported to supervisors and no action was taken because supposedly was a good worker. black guy bumped a guard rail with a fork truck at 1 miles per hr and was fired for safety violation. wtf. company treats their employees like crap only cares about production and numbers. disgruntled employees everywhere you look and won't speak up on fear and reprisal of losing employment. place needs a class action lawsuit. management and hr department needs to be fired immediately. good old boy system is full in effect at this company. so this should let u know if u want to work for in inbev, budweiser, anheiser busch, or whoever their being bought out by tomorrow you will be harassed,discriminated,over worked. because this is acceptable at this company. you've been warned apply at ur owm risk. p.s. i was not fired or quit i just knew once i was done i could not be part of this kind of company especially after i seen how they handle serious issues. read more
