I'm between a 4 and a 5 on this truck, but because the order taker was so friendly and the food was good I'm going to go with 5. I had the bowl, and was offered a choice of two meats. I went with beef bulgogi and spicy pork. It was your standard bowl, with rice, onions, meat and salad on the side. Unlike an earlier reviewer, I could have done with a little more onions, but I really like onions. The meat was very flavorful, plus they give you some extra sauces (choose 2 out of 4). What that means is you can get galbi (boneless beef short rib), beef bulgogi, spicy pork, chicken bulgogi or Korean BBQ brisket in the form of a taco, burrito, bowl, quesadilla, salad or nachos. Vegetarians are probably nervous right now but don't worry because they also offer glazed sesame tofu. The man taking orders was super nice and friendly and gave us a suggestion on what to order despite them having a long line the whole night. We went with a burrito and it was a hefty thing, packed with rice, caramelized onion, lettuce, roasted corn, cilantro and cheese. For our meat we went with the spicy pork. First time and I had to stop because I had to know what this truck was alllllll about! Went for the short rib burrito (galbi). It was good sized and the meat was flavorful. It was mostly rice, lettuce and onions, which made the burrito pretty bland. I got the spicy mayo and the spicy red sauce Thai had. The mayo just made the galbi sweeter, which I wasn't a fan of. My apartment hosts food trucks every Thursday and today we had the angry pig! Amazing customer service first of all. The gentleman offered me to get my bowl with 2 meats so I can try more of their stuff which was great. I got the beef and chicken bowl. Based on another reviewers past photos I did ask for light onions which was perfect. The sauce for the salad was actually my favorite. I'm a dumpling sauce/brisket sauce kind of girl. I usually put sauce all over my rice on bowls but the meat was so flavorful I didn't need to. I loved my whole dish, if I could recommend anything I would have loved some cucumber or broccoli on the fresh greens and I would have loved if the chips and salsa had homemade salsa. For me it was mediocre at best. The first time I had their tacos was at a busy event. The meat I had which was chicken, was cooked just long enough so you don't get food poisoning but not long enough to be tasty. I decided to try them again today and it's a wrap for me. The tortillas weren't warmed so they fell apart. The lettuce in the tacos is that awful shredded lettuce out of the bag and the sauces just kinda don't make sense. Their spicy pork was the only redeeming flavor the other two I had of the four they offer beef and chicken bulgogi were really bland. The homemade lemonade offered no proof that it was homemade and tasted like a bargain brand lemonade. I wish them well in their journey but I won't be joining them on their next visit. read more

I ordered a Beef Bulgogi and the meat did not have any flavor. I don't enjoy eating fat or the gristle of the meat. They can can take more time to clean the meat so we don't have to eat the fat. PLEASE ADD TWO Tortillas. My tacos fell apart. Too much sauce and cabbage. The Spicy pork did have a good flavor. I pay good money for my food but this was too expensive. Updated Review: Tried the Angry Pig for a second time after my initial experience didn't go too well. I ordered the chicken bulgogi burrito and iced green tea. The food was pretty good. The meat was juicy and tender and there was a good combo of meat and veggies. The spices weren't too overwhelming. It was complimented by the brisket sauce that taste like a semi-sweet teriyaki to me. John took my order and just like the first time he was extremely nice and very knowledgeable about menu. Great customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a different take on a classic SoCal favorite. read more

If I could give them negative stars I would give them -5. To begin with they changed me $35 for two $10 combos and two $4 limonades.. come on how does that add up to $7 extra for tax??? On top of that, corn tortillas were so cold they broke right away when trying to eat the taco and these tacos are shamefully pitiful to be even considered tacos, ask me about delicious authentic tacos I eat tacos often. I got the $12 chicken salad and was thoroughly disappointed and now I don't have lunch. The chicken was completely fat and tendons. I had to pick out every single piece it was disgusting. The only dressing in the box was a tiny cup of soy sauce. My coworker also got something from here and he said his burrito was the exact same thing and he couldn't finish it because it was so gross. Places can not charge these prices and serve horrible meat. I wouldn't be surprised if we both got food poisoning. read more
