New throttle
Dioscoro L.

This spot had exactly what I needed to get me it the waters over the weekend. My throttle broke on me on my trophy, Wednesday as I was doing maintenance on the outboard. Called a few spots and no one had the original part. Check online and it says would take 1 to 2 weeks for arrival. Finally classes ANGLERS MARINE and a gentleman named DREW was able to find the part and said it's in stock. I literally stop what I was doing to pick the open part to get the boat going and continue my sea fishing expansion for Saturday. This shop has it all. I definitely recommend calling them for any part needed for your boat.

This year for my birthday, I decided to buy me a brand new boat. I've had two boats in the past but I bought them used. So a couple months before my birthday, sometime at the end of August 2020, I made a trip to Anglers Marine and met with Mark to purchase a 2021 Bayliner T22CC. He was very helpful from the start. Mark answered all my questions regarding the purchase of my boat and various options, and with the logistics and timing for picking up my boat in time for my birthday. During the waiting period to have my boat manufactured by Bayliner, I had Mark add other options that I didn't mention on the day I put down a deposit and ordered my boat. I had other options installed on my boat such as a Radar, a freshwater washdown, more rod holders, additional speakers and a bunch of other stuff I wanted added on to my boat. Mark made all that happen and the timing could not have been better. My birthday was on November 3rd and Mark had my boat ready for pick up on October 31rst. To top it off, Mark gave me an excellent deal with the price of the boat and all the options I wanted. If you guys are looking to buy a boat and want top notch customer service, I recommend you visit Mark at Anglers Marine. Thanks again to Mark and the staff at Anglers Marine!!

Mark at Anglers Marine is amazing! My wife and I just bought a Nitro Z18, first-time boat owners, and Mark provided us with the absolute best customer service. Throughout our entire experience, Mark went above and beyond to help us understand everything, what our options were, what we truly needed and what we could live without. He never pushed a sale on us, and gave us his honest opinion for every question we had. Mark was always available when we had questions and extremely responsive with emails. On the day we picked up our boat, Mark provided us a helpful walk-through and orientation that made us feel as comfortable and knowledgeable as he could. The team at Anglers Marine is fantastic and my wife and I couldn't be more happy with our boat and our overall purchasing experience!

This dealer is first class. They are a 5 dealer in my book. I sold my boat to them and bought my new boat from them.

He's helped me out multiple times and has been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. There are others too that have provided great customer service but I don't remember their names. I can't say the same for a few others though that are just outright lackadaisical. For example, one helped put on a new butt, but it was a very unclean finish. He said there was nothing you can really do about that unless I just put on an entire new wrap. I showed it to Noah before I checked out and he simply applied some heat to it and fixed the problem. On another occasion, I asked someone to help out in showing me how to put back a knob on a reel. I noticed that a tiny piece was missing and I spent about 10 minutes looking for it in the car and on the ground at the store. The whole time the employee barely helped and just kept saying that I never provided him that piece. Lo and behold after about 10 minutes I found the tiny piece behind the counter on the ground, where he was standing. No apologies whatsoever. I'll be going back but will avoid these individuals.

Kyle was a big help in advising me on what to get for the kind of fishing I'll be doing. The selection is far beyond anything I could have expected. I'll be returning again and again!

I'd like to thank Mike Porsche for helping me out in store…read more I've been a Hunter and fisherman for more than 10 years but every now and then you need some professional help. I went to my local Turners outdoorsman looking for an alternative option for an old Weaver scope on a 1960s Remington model 722 I was able to purchase a vortex triumph for a great deal, but the assistance of Mr. Mike was greatly appreciated because of how difficult it was to fit a brand new aeroscope onto an older style Remington. He was able to quickly assess what we may need for an adapter as well as the hardware needed to mount the scope. He was able to mount the scope to my Remington for me. Same visit. Everyone in store was very helpful. I'd like to thank them.

The 1-star rating comes from my experience at the gun counter to receive my certificate. I waited close to 45 minutes despite the store being almost empty. And during this 45-minute wait, one of the employees behind the gun counter flagged me and another gentleman multiple times while handling a 9mm pistol! This is unacceptable, especially since it was an employee. NEVER point a firearm at anything or anyone you are not willing to destroy, and it does not matter if it was accidental. One of the 4 basic safety rules of handling firearms and a Turner's employee working the gun counter broke that rule. If a manager of Turner's is reading this, please reach out to me. I would love to identify this employee for you.

It wasn't that busy but we walked around the store to see what else they had. It's a nice store, they have the outdoors equipment that you could need or want. Asked for help to try to find a broken in glove for him but they had no idea what we were talking about. So we got the one that his dad showed us they were looking at. So much to look at I was tempted on a long board but would rather get it at a skate shop. But really like this location close by, small parking lot but the same as Target so there is plenty of parking. Thank you so much for all your help in helping us find the perfect glove and sizes. Even though we couldn't find a broken in one we got a gift receipt so hopefully they can go back and find the one they want. Appreciate all your help and friendly customer service. Have a beautiful day, be kind to everyone :) Aloha

Do not get fitted for pointe shoes here. I'm an adult "beginner," and just got approved for pointe…read more I went in for my first ever pair 3 weeks ago. First, the girl tried to give me children's toe pads (from the borrow box, mind you) and the other girl came out and had to correct her. As a beginner I didn't know what to expect but I was so excited. I thought I found a pair and took them home. I should have waited to sew them but I was so excited. I took them to class the next week and my teacher was stunned that they sold a first- time pointe dancer R-Class shoes. She said those ones notoriously twist (and that beginners usually start with Bloch or Capezio), but hopefully they'd be ok enough for now. The next week I had finished sewing them and tried to wear them for class. My teacher had us do ONE exercise and immediately asked me to take them off, she was afraid I was going to hurt myself with how much they were twisting. She took a picture, I asked her to send it to me and I'll post it when I get it. I tried to go back to see if there was anything they could do. I didn't expect a full refund but at least something. The same girl that gave me the children's toe pads told me there was nothing they could do (pretty rudely, actually), but a different girl called a manager or owner (not sure). Btw there was another customer in there who also had an issue with their shoes, and the original girl looked at the new one and asked if she knew the answer to the other customer's question and the new girl was like,"uhh idk?!" So neither of them knew what they were doing apparently. Anyway, the new girl talked on the phone for a bit and then asked if she could see them on. Of course, so we all went to the fitting area and I put them on. They both looked at the shoes and tried pushing the twisted shank back in place (by now I had put them on enough to feel it, and since my teacher pointed it out too), but the original girl said they "weren't twisting too bad." She also said, "I remember you, they looked great when you bought them so for them to be all of a sudden twisting means you sewed them wrong" (even though my teacher helped me??). I also pointed out that the first fitting, both girls kept trying to push them into place but since I didn't know any better I trusted them. She then replied that it's standard practice to "check" for twisting by pushing them into place and again gaslit me about what happened that first day. This worker was snarky and rude the whole time, like she thought she was better than me (maybe because I'm an older beginner? Idk). That was her energy at least. I wish I had gotten her name. To be fair, they did eventually offer a discount on a new pair but by that time with the snark, obvious lack of knowledge, and gaslighting there is no way I'm getting fitted by them again. Steer clear for sure. Now I'm out $135 and have a pair of pointe shoes I'll never be able to wear.
