I was then assigned to another FNP during which time I had questions about the level of my care, because I felt my best interest was not being met, as my Primary Care Physician. After all, there were times when I needed help or requested referrals, but it was met with denials. Once I started voicing my displeasure with my medical care. An incident occurred that I felt was handled by the FNP that was very unprofessional and handled in a demeaning manner. I voiced my opinion regarding it, and shortly afterwards, I received a letter telling me that I had to find another physician in 30 days because I was not in agreement with my medical care.

I find Dr. Meeham to be very thorough. She takes her time with me and she listens and shares information. I hate prescription medication and she's been willing to allow me to make lifestyle changes rather than just handing out prescription after prescription. I appreciate that she explains but doesn't "push". So far it's working out. I'm healthy. I also love Renee, the reception gal and also Dr. Meeham's long-time lab phlebotomist whom I call "Painless". If you ever show up 5 min late to a Dr appt, they certainly let you know it, usually by keeping you waiting much longer. Yet when they keep you waiting for 30 min for no reason, they expect that you will just happily wait. We all have jobs and appts to keep. Drs need to learn that they are not the most important people on the planet and that others too have lives.

TERRIBLE BILLING PRACTICES!!!!…read more One of the first bills I received was shockingly high (It was the first bill we received after 7-8 months of services). I went through the line items and found that they billed me for a service that my son was not receiving. I reached out to the billing department and they acknowledged that there was a billing error and corrected the bill. We switched providers because they were unable to provide services at my son's school. Several months after discontinuing services we received a bill from them for several random dates of service from the past. We expressed our frustration with the delayed bill in September and thought that our account was settled then. To our astonishment, we just received another bill for services rendered 11 MONTHS AGO! My household receives bills from dozens of different providers. These bills arrive within ~30 days of services rendered with the only exception being Raleigh Therapy Services. When billing is delayed by so long it makes it difficult for personal accounting and creates stress and anxiety because amongst several recent medical bills, it is an unexpected expense. I had to spend the entire day yesterday combing through records from RTS and my insurance company to try to understand why I was receiving a claim 11 months after services were rendered and to try to understand if I would be receiving any future bills (which there are still 2 more claims that haven't been processed). I have worked as a health care provider billing insurance for medical services as well as my current position at a medical software billing company. I understand that insurance issues can be very frustrating and sometimes take several phone calls to resolve. The provider we switched to, K&M Therapeutics, billed for the same service (plus a new one) and we received bills monthly starting 30 days from service and they were billing the same insurance companies. It seems like they need to hire an adjudication claims specialist to have someone dedicated to trouble shooting these issues so that they can be resolved in a timely manner. My son really liked the therapists at RTS..... this is just a billing inefficiency issue leading to a poor customer experience. I believe it can be fixed if they want to put the effort into trying to.

Our son has worked with two therapists at Raleigh Therapy Services - one for speech and one for…read morewriting. Both of his therapists are wonderful. The therapists meet him at his school during regular school hours, which saves us a lot of hassle and time. Our son loves seeing his therapists. He has had such a positive experience. The improvement in his speech is remarkable, and he has gone from hating holding any writing instrument to drawing, coloring, and practicing letters and numbers. Amazing! We are so grateful for all Raleigh Therapy Services has done for our son.

Dr. Case is a miracle worker as both a chiropractor and kinesiologist. I've been her patient for…read moremany years now. She's helped me over come injuries and keeps me aligned. As for kinesiology she has been able to help with internal inflammation, allergies, sleep and hormone changes. Dr. Case has a wonderful disposition and really listens to her patients. I was criticized for the problem i had instead of reassurance, and the Dr highly suggested i do a…read moredangerous procedure (to make her more money), and i for 2 second opinions and both said it was completely unnecessary. The front desk staff are rude are completely clueless, I was charged for many things i shouldn't have been and had to go back to get them to fix it. The last straw was when I cancelled all future appointments because i am switching Gynos, and they "have no record of cancelling my appt last month" and i got charged a no sho fee when i got no notification of an appointment. Dr Bhiwandi has the worst beside manner, and should not be giving exams to anyone who is sexually active.

However, I had to wait over 30 minutes in the lobby each time I was there. I can't really go into details here, but I have to say that Dr Bwandi's exams were very rough compared to the years of exams that I've experienced.
