Called EIGHT places, nobody could actually do same-day cleaning despite many sites saying they could online. Enter Dorsey Cleaners - they actually answered the phone, confirmed they could do it in time, and delivered. My suits look awesome and they saved the trip (how was I going to go to my Cousin's wedding with dirty clothes otherwise? no way!) Thank you for being reasonably priced and delivering on your promise. I'll be back!

My mother took her dress to Dorsey Cleaners for alterations. The dress was marked with chalk and…read morethey agreed upon the alterations that would be performed. When she returned to pick up the dress, there were blue stains throughout the top portion. She was told that another dress had bled into hers. The owner assured her to come back and the stains would be removed. She returned and the stains had indeed been removed; however, when she tried on the dress, she couldn't zip it all the way. The owner helped her zip it up, but once zipped, the dress was too tight in multiple places. He explained that he had to dry the dress twice and it may have shrunk as a result. Whether the error was due to the alterations or the drying process, the end result is that my mother's dress was ruined. She spoke with the owner about compensation since there was no way to fix the damage. He was dismissive and tried to lowball her despite their clear mistakes. This is very poor business practice, as he assumed no responsibility for what happened under his watch. My mother had used this establishment before without any issues, so this was particularly disappointing. He even tried to get the tailor to personally cover the cost of the dress instead of taking responsibility for mistakes that occurred in his business.

It was hassle-free to set up the time for pick up. They promised to pick up and deliver even if I were not home. This was a great convenience. I had the worst experience with this business and it's management this morning. My washer and…read moredryer went out at my home so I reached out to them through FB messenger two days ago asking specific questions; such as, "Is it really busy in the morning when you open at 6:30 because I have two little kids at home to take care of?" Their response was no, morning is slow. I arrived at the laundromat this morning at 6:55. The sign on the door said they don't open until 7:00 when it says 6:30 online. I waited 15 minutes before trying to call the number listed online because the business was still not open. The person who answered told me I had the wrong number. When I proceeded to text the number as asked on the voicemail, someone responded by asking me to call another number or go to their other laundromat. I sat there until 7:20, still no one showed up. Whoever the manager/owner is they are very unprofessional and do not care about wasting other people's time away from their family. You will not be getting my business at either of your locations. I recommend you update all of your information online: phone number and hours of operation. The person that responded through FB could have told me then that they don't open until 7:00 as well. Not pleased at all!

I went to their website, downloaded the app, and scheduled a pickup for the next day. I was meticulous and bagged my items by type (40 degrees, 30 degrees, and gentle cycle). I used trash bags and then weighed them. The driver called me the day of and gave me a window of time and came directly to my 8th floor apartment door with a giant, rolling bin to pickup my four bags. He is the hero of this story. When the cleaners had questions, he called me. Then we picked a time for him to drop-off based on my schedule. My clothes came back in clear, plastic bags all folded and yes, smelled clean. I could track everything in the app and the receipt was sent to me via email with the breakdown. My weight (of clothes) matched theirs and I was not surprised by the bill. Overall, I would do it again!
