My manager initially had not wanted to make the investment for valet services (back in December), but two days before the event, (as dangerous was forecasted), management decided hiring Valet parking 1991 was necessary. Jose Brito was very responsive. In December, he returned my call promptly and submitted a quote within days. He was equally responsive two days before the event. Their service was impeccable. The drives were punctual, even in the inclement weather, their uniforms were clean and they were immensely polite and professional. They even helped some of our guests in with their packages (above and beyond). We are extremely grateful that Mr. Brito was able to accommodate us on very short notice. I would hire in the future and feel confident recommending their services. Top Notch!

I completely understand it was a free event and things can get hectic, but the lack of communication from staff really left a bad impression. We RSVP'd ahead of time and had QR codes, yet no one ever asked to check them. Meanwhile, people were being pulled from the line because they knew someone or recognized a famous person. No hate or hard feelings, I get how events work but it definitely felt frustrating for the people who actually registered and waited patiently. Better communication and organization would have made a huge difference.

After sending the money I asked if she could send me the Liability insurance so that I could email it to the venue where I would be holding my daughter's baptism. Per the venue's request. She said no and then later I asked if I could get the bartenders email address so that I can communicate with her. As I wanted to figure out what alcohol to purchase. I wanted to purchase alcohol that the bartender best works with. The owner Angela said no again and then went on saying I was requesting additional stuff. She wanted the payment to be the end of our conversation. She wanted me to pay her and not ask further questions. I then asked if I could get my money back, as I didn't want to do business with her anymore. She then went on and said she could care less and if I wanted my money back my husband would have to contact her. After that she blocked me. I then began to panic and I worried that she wouldn't refund me my money back. Keep in mind that I am already dealing with all the stress that comes from planning an event. I am also pregnant so this was definitely a terrible thing to have experienced. I then asked my husband to reach out to her. Only then did she decide to refund me my money back. Moral of the story, don't book with them. Its better to book with someone who actually cares about their clients.

I knew nothing about this restaurant but found the service and quality to be upscale. Labeled an Italian Steakhouse, I was torn between choosing an entree or a pasta dish since the pasta is made in house and it's suppose to be great. I ordered a cocktail first and left the selection up to the bartender. A nice sweet fruity drink was sent to the table. I ended up ordering Strozzapretti which is a lamb ragu dish. It came out hot and the pasta was of course fresh. It had good flavors, but the portion was on the lighter side and my taste buds were wanting just a little more flavor from the lamb. My wife had a kale salad that she absolutely loved. My dessert was fantastic. I had a strawberry rhubarb crostata. The crust was flaky, light, and flavorful. The fruit was sweet with the rhubarb adding a slight tartness that all balanced out well with a scoop of vanilla gelato. I was happy with the food and service. I would definitely come back to try an entree and more of that crostata!

We were also sent a bottle of wine and snacks to our room. I loved that they have a free spa area where you can use the sauna, heated stone loungers, and cold showers. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed swimming, just wish the hot tub was hotter as it was lukewarm. The room was great as well with a Nespresso machine and relaxing tub. Every time we stepped out of the room we would come back to a nice surprise, the room would be cleaned or they would leave the water and ice. Very attentive customer service here.
