Jose Brito was very responsive. In December, he returned my call promptly and submitted a quote within days. He was equally responsive two days before the event. Their service was impeccable. The drives were punctual, even in the inclement weather, their uniforms were clean and they were immensely polite and professional. They even helped some of our guests in with their packages (above and beyond). We are extremely grateful that Mr. Brito was able to accommodate us on very short notice. Shortly after, I also discovered tire sidewall damage and required a tire replacement and alignment, costing me over $420 out of pocket, with additional wheel repair still needed. I documented the condition immediately and provided photos and receipts. Despite this, the company denied responsibility and refused to provide insurance information or properly investigate the situation. The valet attendant was also unprofessional and dismissive when I brought the issue up, and I was given inconsistent information about escalation and management involvement. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I would strongly recommend taking photos of your vehicle before and after using this service. However I will be filing a court case to recover cost of damage' for them to not get away with this, most importantly to be held accountable.

If you're able to splurge for club access at $200/person, you'll get to experience stunning city views, breakfast, afternoon tea, snacks, unlimited cocktails, and evening bites. We were also sent a bottle of wine and snacks to our room. I loved that they have a free spa area where you can use the sauna, heated stone loungers, and cold showers. The pool was stunning and we enjoyed swimming, just wish the hot tub was hotter as it was lukewarm. The room was great as well with a Nespresso machine and relaxing tub. Every time we stepped out of the room we would come back to a nice surprise, the room would be cleaned or they would leave the water and ice. Very attentive customer service here. Overall it was nice to live in luxury for the night, highly recommend if you're looking to splurge and relax! Hope I'll be able to stay again someday.

Disappointing Experience at Tapas Valencia on Friday night with manager…read more I was incredibly disheartened during our recent visit to Tapas Valencia, one of our favorite restaurants in our neighborhood. We walked in, excited for a nice evening out without of town guest, only to be turned away and told they were fully booked for the evening. What was even more frustrating was that when I checked online shortly after, there were tables available within 30 minutes of leaving the restaurant. Living less than a block away and having been regular visitors, this experience was particularly disheartening. The manager's lack of care when turning us away left a sour taste, and it felt as though our loyalty didn't matter at all. With so many dining options within walking distance, we decided to take our business down the street. We usually visit Tapas Valencia about twice a month, but after how we were treated this evening, it's clear that we won't be returning. It's unfortunate, but the way we were treated has led us to seek out other dining experiences.
