We even had a Alder tree on neighbors property leaning over our house, neighbor gave them permission in writing, had it down so efficiently. Our huge cedar was limbed fast. Fun to watch the experts do what they love. Saved the rounds to make tables. Told my coworker and neighbor about Pelton and they also had work done. The 2nd time they removed 3 trees, hauled the debris, as well as some additional debris I had accumulated. Robert has been great in terms of communication, and spending time while on site to ensure what we wanted is what we got. They were very quick and left the site better than it started. He even addressed some of my questions about other trees in the greenbelt behind our house. I would highly recommend them, great price, communication and professionalism.

City of Bothell didn't make it easy at first, until an experienced hand stepped in and allowed Advanced Arbor Care to remove trees from my front yard without a traffic impact study etc. But Advanced Arbor Care had to spend time figuring all this out for me and it cost me an extra $300 - not their fault- great business. Integrity Tree Works failed to show up at all for a scheduled appointment for an estimate for tree…read moreservices and gave no notice it would not be showing up. This occurred even though Integrity rescheduled the appointment already one time, Integrity chose both the date and time, Integrity required a two hour window for the appointment, and Integrity confirmed the appointment the day before. I waited 4 hours. When I later contacted Integrity, I learned the no-show estimator is the CEO (owner) of the company, he then incorrectly claimed he sent me a text he was running late the morning of the appointment, and he expected me to set aside another day for a new appointment. I checked my text messages and he in fact sent no text. He then admitted I got no text and claimed he must have sent it to a wrong number. He gave no explanation why, if he was running late, he still either could not have come in the two hour window that had a built in buffer for running late or offer to come later the same day (the window was 12am to 1:00 pm). "Integrity" does not accurately describe this company.
