Let me tell you, I've liked every single experience I've had eating food from Yellowcab is always a great one. Being the seafood lover that I am, I usually order their Roasted Garlic & Shrimp pizza and it is pretty much my favorite pizza that Yellowcab offers. My next favorite pizza is their Corona Chicken Salsa pizza! It's pretty much Chicken, tomato and mozarella, and they serve this pizza with slices of lime which you squeeze on the pizza..... and have a taste of one really awesome pizza. I can't put into words how much I love this pizza of theirs! And my third favorite pizza of theirs, when I want to eat something that contains purely vegetable would be the Dear Darla pizza! Other than pizza, my recommendations would be their Twice Baked Potato Halves, their Hot Wings, and their Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta!

For starters (literally), their soup is really creamy. My dad prefers the tomato soup while we love the squash. It's not super thick, but they have the right amount of broth and flavor. Then there's the pasta. It usually plays second fiddle to their pizza, but the Charlie Chan Chicken Pasta is really fantastic. The noodles taste good with the sesame oil and nuts. We tried something similar in a more expensive restaurant and it was not nearly as nice. Their baked potato halves is super sinful (potatoes, Mozzarella cheese and BACON) especially when you put sour cream on top, but we love it. This is my family's default place when we can't decide where to eat, or if it's too late and other dining establishments are already closed (they're open 24 hours).

The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, but it's cozy, inviting, and has a great atmosphere. We ordered the Salami Pizza and Meatball Spaghetti. I remembered to take a photo of the pizza, but completely forgot to snap a picture of the spaghetti because we were so hungry and excited to dig in--LOL! The food was absolutely delicious. The highlight for me was their special Gino's Spicy Honey that they recommend drizzling over the pizza. I had never heard of or tried spicy honey on pizza before, but wow--it was amazing! The sweet and spicy flavor paired perfectly with the pizza and created a combination I'll definitely be craving again. Great food, friendly service, and a wonderful dining experience. They will gladly use it as a substitute with no hesitations. Price still remains the same, of course. Without cheese, their pizza is still terrific. What I love most about it is the sauce. But, the veggie pizza with the vegan cheese...it's AMAZING. The best thing is that I can eat this without any guilt at all, as no animals were harmed in the creation of this masterpiece! I came here recently and ordered the large size with 2 kinds of flavors, all sliced in party cuts. My boyfriend and I finished the entire box to ourselves and swore we'd eat healthier the next day. Lot's a pizza can be found all over the place. Their small kiosks litter many malls and small supermarkets. Some schools also have Lot's a Pizza in their canteens. The thing that makes Lot's a Pizza different from most pizzas though is their ingredients. Instead of using mozzarella they use some sort of quick melt for most of their pizzas. This might seem strange but trust me it's worth a try and when you do you won't regret it the moment you sink your teeth into a slice. The tomato sauce is also a little bit different. Filipino spaghetti tends to be on the sweet side. Lot's a Pizza is clever in that the tomato sauce that they use for their pizza also tends to be on the sweet side. This puts a bit of a Filipino twist in their pizzas no matter what the flavor might be. Price is really cheap. Anyone looking for a pizza that gives the most bang for their buck will most likely enjoy their order at this wonderful Pinoy pizzeria.

So imagine how surprised I was to find that 3M Pizza still existed, and they actually kind of rebranded the entire business. Needless to say, the 3M Pizza of today tastes nothing like the 3M Pizza of 10 years ago, when I was a kid. And that's a really, really good thing, because I'm pretty sure that thanks to my fabulously discerning palette (lol, I really don't have one of these) I probably wouldn't like the cardboard again. So 3M Pizza now makes food that tastes distinctly like homemade, but surprisingly professional pizza. It's fairly cheap, with solo pizzas costing just P55 to P70 depending on the flavor, but worth the price. The pizza itself tastes really good. It's about as thick as a cracker with a nice crunch, and the toppings, cheese and tomato sauce are just right. The way that their graphics, boxes and food seems to present itself screams "we are the next generation of cheap homemade Filipino pizza" thanks to their flat design sensibility. So while it isn't exactly the same fond childhood memory, it's probably better than those memories. It's a pleasant surprise.

This place can be easily missed if you're along Sucat road because it's quite discreet-looking and has no parking. But inside is a different story--the vibe is reminiscent of Bellini's. It's cozy, homey, and filled with Italian-themed decor, a leaning tower of Pisa, and so on. You'll forget that you're in bustling, polluted Sucat road! We got the Aglia Oglio Pasta, and a Mushroom Risotto (that they made vegan just for me! Just ask nicely). Both dishes were really topnotch and exceeded our expectations (though to be honest, we had none at this particular time. I mean, any meal after a 10-hour trip from Vigan, Ilocos will be satisfying). Their servers are very accommodating, and at that time they were offering us these really fresh, gigantic portobello mushrooms they had that looked so tempting (but were quite pricey--though to be honest, I STILL think about that moment.
