I saw this place on Live in Everett and had to try it. It did not disappoint! There are two consoles for ordering or you can order at the counter. I got the chi-burger and mac & cheese. WAY more than I could eat. The burger is HUGE!! The chicken must have been 7-8" long. I cut it in half and was still too full for the mac. The chicken is breaded and fried but is not greasy. It's crispy and perfectly seasoned. The pickles and slaw make it deliciously messy. I only had a couple bites of the mac but it's pretty good too. Popped by Angels after seeing them on tiktok. There are some yays, some nays. The yays: -CLEAN! The owner (?) was cleaning quite a bit while we were there. -The staff was welcoming and kind -The sauce is bomb, we tried both the regular and spicy and loved both. -Chi dog was an immediate yes, great chicken, nice bun, the sauce, pickles, slaw, all good. -Crispy fries. -Takoyaki was delicious, the Oreo was my fave but the cheese was great, especially with the angel sauce to dip The nays -The mac and cheese was soupy. Kinda giving Kraft but like not as cheesy? Would not order again. -Mashed potatoes also a pass, tasted boxed with a premade gravy, nothing exciting. We went there for the first time today, great service. It was very big, delicious, and jusy chicken with a thin crispy breading on the outside. All the sauses were very tasty aswell. The restaurant is clean and modern with a touchscreen for ordering at the counter so you can see all the options available with the order. So, this was my second time here I went the first week it was open and my experience wasn't great but I felt like it was new they're working out the bugs didn't want to leave a bad review. But I went again the other day and the food seems to got worse I got the spicy chicken sandwich again. It was not tender no real flavor it was spicy but no other flavor. The had more flavor than the chicken. The customer service was good the first time this time not bad but wasn't good. I wanted to like this place was waiting for them to open drive past it everyday so would have been nice to have a good chicken sandwich place near by. Hope they get better. It pains me to write this review... I've met majority of the staff. The nice Asian older lady was awesome and the young man was very welcoming and the epic Asian dude with the glasses that handles the front and the kitchen was by far the best at customer service! Now for the bad news... tonight around 7:30pm When I came in, it was slow no more than 10-12 people eating at the tables. The 2 girls that were working the front clearly had NOTHING to do! Yet the tables and floors were a complete mess full of left over food all over the tables and floors! I completely lost my appetite. So I ordered a Honey dew slush with lychee jelly instead and dear god the girl with the glasses is either lazy or just incompetent! Because out of all the times I've came here ordering the same drink it was always done perfectly. But not this time unfortunately...The girl with the glasses did a terrible job! The shake was milky and watery with hardly any ice and completely watered down and she barely added any of the lychee jelly at all! It was like a teaspoon amount! What pissed me off the most was the fact that she didn't even fill the cup to the top! She left 2 to 3 inches empty space! So why did I had to pay full price for an incomplete drink?! As much as I enjoyed coming here regularly, after this experience sadly I won't be coming back. I hope those girls get better supervision while working or just get pulled off from making drinks entirely. read more

Dude this place is INSANELY good. I thought it was gonna be more of a Popeyes vibe but it's a Korean style chicken place and my god, no one does chicken like Koreans bruh. The food is crazy good. Super crisp waffle fries, chicken seasoned and fried to perfection, sauces on point. Stopped by today with some friends and we had a little bit of everything! The Col-pop, chi-dog, chi-bob, ramen, ube/vanilla soft serve, drinks, taiyaki, and waffle fries were all delicious! Everything came out pretty quick despite being pretty busy! I honestly don't think that parking lot has ever been that packed. Hopefully they get a soda machine for the lobby as we felt bad for having to keep going up and waiting to get our drinks refilled when they were so busy. I made an order from DoorDash for my lunch . The food was finished in a timely manner. I had kind of a long drive back to my work. The food obviously wasn't as warm as it was when I first picked it up. But when I tell you that this chicken was still juicy, lightly breaded but just enough to where the breading was nonexistent. When I came in they said my food wasn't ready so I waited almost 30 minutes and when I saw people leaving with food which ordered after I came in I asked where my food was again and they found mine on a rack that was sitting for a half hour and tried to give it to me. But I said I'm sure it's cold since they let it sit there so long. So they had to remake it and that's why I had to wait almost an hour for my food.
