Angel and his team are awesome, I really appreciate their work on my shaggy rugs! Especially because I have a doggie

Worse company ever! I scheduled and appointment and they never showed up. And when i call after my appointment time past they told me that the technician wasn't in my area and that they have to reschedule for other day! I lost all the morning waiting for them to come Very unprofessional read more

Love Angel. Someone referred us to him to help us clean the carpets in our condo in between tenants. He was on time and did a great job. More than that, he has an amazing attitude. He was literally dancing and singing while cleaning, really made my day. Cost was doable, too. read more

We called on a Saturday because our dog got badly attacked with fleas, and they seemed impossible to eliminate. Angel gave us a very reasonable quote. This was a last-second call, no appointment, on a weekend. We was on time, very professional, very respectful. He explained the process and made sure we were fine with everything before proceeding. He left our place very clean, and I'm confident that he killed the fleas everywhere he worked. I'd recommend this company to anyone. read more

Fantastic company, a family business! Angel and his son showed up within the one-hour time window and go straight to work-- friendly, efficient, and left my house even cleaner than it was than when I started, not just the carpets but the floors were freshened up! They use good chemicals with a light peach fragrance. This father-son team is the real deal-- kind and honest, reasonable price, and go above and beyond with their detail work. I needed my carpet stretched over my stairs--they did the entire staircase and landing and threw in three area rugs, too. Be sure to ask them to share the heart-warming story about their beloved dog, Ricco, whom they adopted from Cupcake. They also run a carpet store/supplier in Lemon Grove, so they're well-stocked in terms of ready-to-go resources and equipment on their own truck. Highly recommended! read more

I rented my house as an AirBnB for a year. My hardwood floor took a beating during that time. I had a floor refinisher come in and tell me that it would cost 4 grand to get it looking beautiful again. Ouch! I read online that sometimes steam cleaning hardwood can have good results. I decided to give it a shot, and called Angels Carpet Care. Angel and his crew showed up right on time and worked hard to restore the life of my once beautiful floor. When all was said and done, I was beyond satisfied with the results. The stains I thought were a part of the wood forever were now gone! The floor looks better than I hoped and is back to being a centerpiece of our home. It's nice to see when companies take great pride in their work. Angel cared as much as I did about restoring the beauty of the floor. I could not have asked for better service. I will be using Angels Carpet Care for all future projects. read more

Angels Carpet Care is top notch! They are friendly, hard-working, and detail oriented and truly do amazing work! I've had to recently help out with my elderly mom's home and the carpet was, in a nice way, pretty gross. Angel and his 2 sons came out and made it look like new. These guys are amazing. Support your local businesses. This is a family owned business who has been around for years! You won't be disappointed. read more

A few months ago, I adopted 3 puppies. I also have a teenager and a daughter who loves to express her creativity with messy arts and crafts. They all did a lot of damage to the carpets in the bedrooms. The smell was unbearable. 2 workers came by who were very polite and very respectful. They came in and finished the job in no time. The quality of work was amazing. You wouldn't even have known that I had some very overactive puppies. Communication was great. Thank you Angela Carpet Care! I highly recommend them to anyone. read more

This company not reliable for nothing the guy with white many van driver was rude I'll never use this service again my carpet still dirty he charged me $100 for nothing 5mn work unbelievable smh!!!! read more

Do not use this company. The receptionist is rude. I was quoted 29.99 a room. When the service provider arrived he informed me that there were three different prices. The 29.99 was for only steam to be used on the carpet. It went up to 89.99 to add shampoo and then over 100.00 for steam, shampoo, and sanitize. This price was per room. I live in a one bedroom with the furniture in all of the "rooms". I have had my carpet cleaned for years and never paid more than 150.00. It is a scam with a rude first encounter. I had to deal with her twice and twice she was not at all pleasant. read more

Called and was able to have them come clean my rugs/chair same day! Super friendly and amazing prices. Left my rugs way cleaner than previous larger companies. Definitely recommend them and will call again. I have toddlers and cats and they won't let me have a clean house for too long. Glad I found a local cleaner to get an affordable deep clean. read more

Completely unprofessional! They came out and left without doing the job they were hired for! They came out to my house (as a sub-contractor) to clean our main living room carpet area and I asked how much extra would it be to have the stairs cleaned. The rep said it would be the same promotional price of $210 to clean one area, or up to three areas, and he could do our stairs and upper landing for the same price since the main contractor had already taken care of it. I said that would be great! 5 minutes later the same rep said he spoke to his manager (dad) and it would cost me an additional $210 just to do the stairs. I briefly spoke to the manager and he said since it was two different accounts he would have to charge me a separate fee of $210 just for the stairs and he would not tell me how much he was already being paid by the primary contractor. I informed him that I would make the main contractor aware of this and he responded by saying I was threatening him and his guys could leave without doing their job! They left shortly after without any work being done. read more

This family-owned company was recommended to me, and they didn't disappoint. Ridiculously reasonable--I actually gave them more than they charged. It was easy to schedule an appointment, even after I had to cancel with short notice once. They worked really hard a big coffee stain and did a great job on the whole place. Also, just really nice people and they took great pride in the job they did. read more
