This is the worst car spa I have been to. I love my car, so I give it spa regularly. RI got myself a premium details from this place, and when I arrived, the guy Sunny pushing me to add extra services etc telling me they do excellent job which I paid additional 200 on top of the expensive premium details. (And the job, waxing and steaming were done poorly, uneven surface feeling on the car, you can still see wax on the car, and for steaming there are still spots can be seen). I left my car there for almost 6hours. And after that, all I got is broken tail light cover. I was very unhappy, and they would not admit it's their responsibility. They try to quite me down with free car wash service. While I was talking to sunny another 2 guys came up and told me this is not a big deal , you can fix it yourself and I was very mad, I told them my love my car so it's a big deal to me, later told me to go back to China, which was very rude and racist. One of the guy was the mechanist they use. The place is very old and dirty. I would give negative star I would. So If you love your car don't come here for service. read more

I booked an appointment through Sonny and gave him a general idea of what services I wanted such as a full detail and headlight restoration. When I came in, he evaluated my car and suggested what needed to be done and what could wait. He did not pressure me at all. He had very great service and finished when he said he would. Gave great education on upkeep and my Subaru Outback 2013 went to looking like a 2021. Will definitely be coming back and bringing my husbands Subaru as well! The guy at the register... I dunno, anyway I was more pleased than I expected until I got back in my car and noticed a massive palms print on the drivers side window. Had someone throw up in my car Saturday night. I got all the chunks out but my car still reeked like vomit. I called Angels Auto Spa at 5:45pm with it closing at 6:00pm. Sunny was willing to stay late and waited for me to bring my car in. They had to do an extensive and expensive detail. I left my car overnight which would allow them to get started first thing the following morning. I returned there Sunday afternoon when the car was complete. Though I could still smell vomit in one area of the car. After talking to Sunny about it, we decided to leave the car overnight again. There was a guy working Monday that could take my door panel off. Then they would clean the inside of the door as some vomit must have still been in there. Got my car Monday and it was good to go. I had been looking to get my car detailed since I came here from Chicago. It was a long bug filled trip and my car looked horrible. I had scratched my car a week earlier and now it really need some work. I saw that Angels had both good reviews and a deal on Groupon. I went over to the shop after calling for a quote and telling him I was concerned with scratches. He took a look at my car and gave me a quote of almost $400. This was a complete interior and exterior detail with clay bar and engine clean. Wow!! I have never paid that much for a detail. I was concerned about the scratches and thought they could help. He did bring the price down to $350 and I left the car for a 4 hour job. When I returned I saw the tech Armando did a great job. It looked like a new car. Especially under the hood. Overall it looked great except they could not get out all the scratches. They were deeper than I thought. He did warn me initially that some of the scratches were deep enough that the paint was gone. I would definitely go back, but not for that price. I'll be looking at that Groupon next time. read more

When I went there to detail my car they told me we have a special offer and cleaning extra it is $70 extra and I told no and then the guy offer me $30 for that extra cleaning option and I accept it. They did not clean the sits the pictures are after detail and just look at them. Also, I had $30 cash in my car and when I got the car it was not in my car. I saw them on Groupon but they told me do not to buy Groupon and pay just pay cash here. They definitely took their time cleaning it, however, the inside of my car (specifically where my air condition/heater controls are) was still dusty. It was completely missed. I spoke w Sunny and he assessed my beloved 27yo 560sel that had some swirl marks and other finish imperfections. I had both beans and cobbler that had been spilled on my carpet (one over a year ago) and they made them look like new! Cons: Some DETAILS were overlooked. I do a spot check every time I get a DETAIL, because they cost more and should be more DETAILED then a basic car wash. Beans were still splattered on my door, crumbles were still in my center console, bugs are still in my grill, they only cleaned and wiped 2 out of 4 of my door handles. I picked up my vehicle under the tent and in the shade. I immediately saw swirl marks on the front end. He wiped my car in that area. When I got home I noticed the top of my car wasn't even done and only half of the area above the windshield was done. Wax left on my back window. Definitely will not recommend or return. I would give zero stars if i could. WARNING do not go to this car wash or purchase the groupon deal. I purchased the groupon deal and ended up paying $160 and now it will cost more money to repair the damage done to my car. The chemicals they used left white stains all over my black car. The owner says it was done to sun damage but it was fine before they worked on. The chemical they used smeared off my paint and left white smear marks all over my vehicle and no i need a new paint job!!!!! Came here around 9:30 am on a Friday. Not too busy but I work right down the street from them so I dropped my car off and told them I would be back around 5. Let me say... I have 2 large dogs that have completely wrecked my back seat. Sand, slobber, mud you name it , it was in my car.. As I arrived they were finishing waxing my car. My head lights looked amazing!
