I used to live in the area and remember getting their pizza high school. Decided to try them tonight because I was in the area . The food was really really good! Got a large plain pizza , a large mushroom pizza a turkey club and the kids got chicken fingers and fries. Everyone loved the food! The pizza was really really good . Literally my only complaint was if I ordered a large pizzas they seemed small for a large. I'm still giving it a 5! Looking to going back soon. read more

39.99 for a large pizza and 12 wings? Not to mention the horrible customer service and she aggressively hung on me.

The pizza was very good. Also had the famous fries (old bay) and garlic knots. Will definitely be coming back!

I came here the for the first time Monday night. I was told from a coworker to try the buffalo tails. The buffalo tails are amazing and the sauce has a good kick to it. I also had a large pepperoni pizza which was very good and the cheese was nice and plenty. If you have not checked out this location in Riverside give them a try. Also the service was great and the lady behind the counter was very sweet. read more

I used to love this place as a kid, about 25 years ago. I decided to go back a few years ago and see how it held up. They still serve solid pizza and cheesesteaks all these years later. I went back again today for a good (cheese) pizza and some tasty fried ravioli. Great option for a local pizza place you can rely on for good food. read more

I went in at 10:40 asked if I could order something and the lady at the front counter said no we are getting ready to close. I told her that online and on the sign says you are open until 11 and that I'm not from around here I came all the way from Texas for a funeral and anything they had would be a big help. The fat lady with the jacked up teeth at the front counter rudely said they are not making anymore food tonight so I left without saying anything else. I have been here a week and I am staying down the road on Bem street and have frequently went to angelos because of the convenance and every time this women has been rude and seems to not want any business. When I call to place a order she is impatient and seems to be inconvenienced by customers when I had to call back to add something she sighed and yelled at me. I said I wanted bleu cheese with my wings and she yelled back " so what do you want ranch or bleu cheese"? Since I'm not from around here i would have found it a big help to have a place so close by and didn't have to try and find my way around to get some food but after dealing with this women's attitude I will no longer be ordering food from angelos and my grandfather who frequently orders food from here will also no longer be dining with you guys I suggest you learn how to treat your customers. I don't know if this is how people from New Jersey treat their patrons but they need to get a grip on their customer service quick before someone ends up throwing a pie in this women's face. Your pizza isn't worth dealing with your customer service!!! Nicholas Romero read more

if I could do less stars I would lady who took my order extremely rude they clearly don't care about their business because the first person a customer comes across makes them not even want food from there read more

This used to be a family favorite, as we have lived local for 30 years! Over the past few months, the food and the service has been less than satisfying. The pizza lately has little-to-no flavor and is COVERED in way too much tasteless sauce, so much that the cheese can't even stay on and is usually all over the box when it's delivered! The fries are always soggy and never taste like they were cooked long enough, but most recently we ordered cheesesteaks and the rolls were stale and hard as bricks!! It's disappointing with a family of 5 and spending $50 each time. And then the customer service has also gone down hill! When I call for an order they always make it seem like you are bothering them by calling, and speak incredibly unprofessionally using phrases like "uh huh" "yup" and "what else." One time my mom ordered and forgot to give the credit card number over the phone. I called back and the lady actually SIGHED at me. For calling to PAY!! Then there is a creepy older driver who always asks me about my toddler son which makes me uncomfortable. Sadly, this place is no longer a 'family favorite' read more

My wife and I came here because the pizza place we normally went to was no longer in business... We were looking for another place to go to and found Angelo's... The pizza was absolutely delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful... If you're looking for good pizza and you're in the Riverside area this is the place to go... read more

I don't think they listen to you.I ordered a pizza with cheese steak meat and cherry peppers. My pizza arrived with roasted bell peppers. I hate bell peppers! I'm tired of ordering food that is disappointing. I order a salad it's floating in water. I ask for a hoagies dry oil and vinagar on the side. The roll is so wet it's disgusting . Angelo's where are your standards? I used to swear by and love your food. read more

Order came fast but not as ordered. Got a tomato pie and buffalo tails with ranch. Pizza was mediocre. Ordered buffalo tails with ranch and were sent with blue cheese. Ate without dipping dressing because I hate blue cheese and they were pretty dry. read more

if the shop closes at 11 it should probably close at 11. i literally just now called at 10:20pm!! 10:20! and the girl says theyre no longer taking orders. this is the 3rd time i call before 10:30 and they refuse orders. complete laziness man. the girls tone is hella rude too, at that. better employees with honorable work ethics/attitudes would be much appreciated. sad bcuz the food is decent, but i aint buyin nothin anymore from a staff i dont feel i can trust. who knows what other sh*t they pull. also arnieris still delivering rn btw. this is my honest review. thank you and goodnight. read more

While the food is slightly above average, the customer service is extremely poor. The person answering the phone is not helpful, not courteous and completely unprofessional. With all the pizza places around I will NEVER go here again. read more

Positives - In my opinion, they've got really good pizza. No, nothing is mind blowing, but more than solid and nothing to complain about. Granted I don't come here very often, but I've never experienced anything subpar or awful. The Buffalo tails are off the hook. Great buffalo sauce that's slightly sweet, but balanced out by a little heat. Negatives - Again, I don't come here often, but I've never had anything bad. The pizza fries weren't very good and lacked sauce and cheese, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The customer service was fine to me, but I could see how they could possibly rub some people the wrong way. read more

This place serves mediocre food with a side of lousy service & horrible business practices. They gave me someone else's food by accident & called me to tell me I had to pay for it. Actually had the nerve to call me twice at home days apart to tell me I had to pay for their mistake. I'll never order from there again, Arneris' gets my business from now on. As a side note, the reason for the confusion in the first place was a driver fighting with another employee..I've never heard so many f-bombs dropped in a family restaurant before in my life. Thank God no kids were in there at the time.. read more

I recently wrote a review about the other restaurant they own in my laurel and comparatively I'll be honest I like the mt laurel one better. That being said this place is pretty much still some of the best pizza in the area. I myself decided to get a large grandmas pie and it was perfectly thin, not to think not to fought just right. The sauce was sweet and the cheese was cheesy haha. Overall I ate the entire pie myself I mean I can eat. A lot but one man for a whole pie I mean just keep it in my when ordering. It is a little more thin that what a normal pizza would be but not to the point of the annoying crispy crust throughout. The staff was great easy to place and order an they were quick with getting it out and friendly. I absolutely recommend this place as well as their restaurant in my laurel I would say they have some of the top pizza in south jersey. read more

I have been going to Angelo's since I was a little kid, so over 30 years. Their pizza is the best in the area, and their other dishes are slightly above average. I've never had a problem with the staff or service, and have always been treated fairly. I've done both take-out and eat in. The inside could definitely use an update, but overall it's good. All in all, it's your typical "pizza joint" style place with very good pizza. read more

So until the other night this was my go to place to order from. I ordered straight from the menu. I ordered a chicken cutlet hoagie it says includes tomatoes lettuce and mayo. It gets delivered and its filled with onions. My kid wont eat it so I call and tell them the issue. The lady told me it always comes with onions and they would have to charge for a new one. If its not on the menu I feel they shouldn't charge you. Also my Italian hoagie roll was hard and I ended up throwing out half of it. read more

The girls at the front are unbelievably rude. It's unfortunate since the food is delicious. I am sitting waiting for my food and the girls are hanging up on customers, yelling at each other, dropping the F bomb like it's allowed, and telling customers on the phone "don't give me attitude". I have worked in food service for years and can not believe that this kind of behavior is allowed. Not to mention the coughing all over the air, hands, and FOOD. Such a shame that I won't be coming back, because I love the food read more

Came here for the first time , just looking for something new ...this place is walking distance from where I Iive ... My husband and I dined in ....we ordered the fried cheese raviolis for an appetizer ...SO DELICIOUS! .... The chicken parm was okay ...I say that because their tomato sauce is very watery , not so flavorful...everything else was pretty good ! I will be going back but not for the chicken parm...definitely for the pizza and Fried raviolis! I wish their business success in 2016! :) read more

Absolute trash! 9 mins from Willingboro and refused to deliver here. This why you business reviews and ratings suck.

This is a very good place if you want quality pizza at an affordable price this is for you, they also have complimentary drinks such as boost, coke and Pepsi. Anything you would see on TV as your average pizza place, this is it, I would reccomend the grandmas pizza as an order that can really satisfy any craving read more

They have great pizza and the food is always hot when you get it keep up the good work Angelo's you are doing a great job.

Horrible service- waited two hours for our order..called twice, and was greeted by an extremely rude girl that accused us of lying about how long we had been waiting. We've lived in the area, and ordered for a very long time- and service is non existant anymore. Lost four families of customers today. read more

I've lived in Riverside my entire life and my mom always insisted we order Angelo's Pizza. Call me biased but Angelo's has some of the best pizza around. People that haven't even grown up here love the stuff and have raved about it to me. Delivery is always fast too. I've received my food fresh and hot within 15 minutes of ordering! Overall, best local pizza around and delivery! read more

We order at our business establishment every week that the company pays for. One of our new employees ordered 5 slices of plain pizza becuase the rest of the staff wanted steaks and wraps .Those 5 slices technically cost more than the whole fresh pie along .We called asking the person that worked there to voice our opinion on the matter and we were told " its not my F Job to tell you that its cheaper and fresher to order the whole pie". Bad business practices and worst of all Bad attitude by the person that responded in such a matter. the owner of our company will not be allow any future business with this place read more

Angelo's has been around a long time... and for good reason. You can get a decent pizza or any of the items on their extensive menu for a decent price... in other words, comfort food at its finest. I buy mostly takeout.. delivery is fast (usually under 30 minutes), the food is hot and the cost is competitive with similar establishments. A local treasure! read more
