Everyone was very professional and quick with their individual duties. I was rushed into cat scan and was immediately in conference video call with a specialist. I was admitted to be observed overnight and continued with a battery of test. Overall I think I was treated by over 50 people on the staff during my stay. My experience was excellent. The food was delicious. The entire staff all the way up to the doctors and video specialist were so caring and helpful. It was a terrific experience except for being scared almost to death. I felt very well taken care of with all the up to date medical equipment. Marathon is a fortunate community to have such a first class facility to meet our needs. C J Corso

I was hoping for more explanations and a deeper understanding of what was going on. I felt brushed off. She prescribed me 4 medications. I didn't take any of them and I have improved without them. I am wary of any doctor that prescribes so many meds. I am all for meds if medically necessary or helpful or if I am really suffering but I wasn't suffering terribly. I wanted answers, insights, and respectful conversation. Didn't get that, just drugs.

They made me an appointment with Dr. Carabin. I have to say, I love Her too !! This place between the friendly staff, and the amazing Doctors, in my eyes is one of the best on the Island. Unfortunately billing practices are unusual that even if you have insurance they will charge the office visit and 20% copay upfront. So expect to pay a lot up front. The office would also benefit from stress reduction classes as the front desk staff is quite curt sarcastic and display quite a defensive attitude. We were surprised about their billing and asked to be billed but were greeted by confrontational behavior...if you can get past the behavior- what counts as patient care from the doctor is amazing.
