I had really hoped to get relief from the knots in my shoulders, which have been very tense, but she mostly used her arms instead of her hands or fingers to apply targeted pressure. For my legs, the same approach was used--lots of oil and arm movements with minimal pressure, which didn't address my muscle tension as I'd hoped. Not sure if I'll be returning, as I didn't feel the deep relief I was looking for.
