A family member had a great experience before and I was hoping a large company like this would be worth the extra, but instead we are a week behind on vetting our car sold. On top of all of that, they wanted to charge an additional $60 for I don't know what when they said the payment was received in full. Poor systems in place and even worse customer care. I let him know that the quality of his install needed to be checked over. I said, please check all your work and please fix all errors. I then left. 1 hour later I return to a car with NO/Zero window tinting it. He made his own judgment and removed the tint. He and I both agreed that the tint was not of professional quality and was removed and no moneys was paid or owed. As a paying customer I made it clear that his craftsmanship was not professional and he made it clear that what I was asking of his services could not be delivered. He handed me my keys with no services owed. He went as far as stating that a negative review of his business and a loss of money would constitute as slander and I'd be sued.

They communicated well and made the intake process easy, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the quality of the repair did not live up to expectations. After being told that all dents had been fixed, I noticed several still visible once I got the car home. More concerning, when I opened the hood, I found the hood insulation pad laying loosely on top of the engine--with multiple areas of the hood's internal framework bent and several retaining clips completely broken off. It was clear that the insulation had not been reinstalled properly, and the car was returned in less-than-original condition. While the employees themselves were courteous, the workmanship was subpar and lacked attention to detail. For a company of Caliber Collision's size, I expected a higher level of quality control before releasing the vehicle back to the customer. I would encourage Caliber management to pay closer attention to post-repair inspections and ensure that all parts, even minor ones like insulation pads, are properly secured before delivery.
