The day of days I have recently…read more... I work downtown and I backed into a pole, dented my bumper. I was leaving work and my tire must have felt like out and found a nail to eat... I've never had a flat so i was driving and felt it... pulled over to the Exxon on N Koenigheim St and the kind guy aired it up but told me to go to the glorious discount tire across the street. I went in right about closing time which i was scared they were going to turn me down. I walked in the store and around 3-4 men were in there and all smiling and eager to help. Chris the manager asked what i needed and i told him i had a nail. I was nervous ( first flat and dumb as rocks when it comes to cars ) I wasn't sure how to fix it and cost. Christ laughed and said it was free to patch it up. FREEEEEEEEEE my mother told me nothing in life was free... Seriously I've never been in a place with what seemed to be an all male staff that was so nice and upbeat. The staff made sure everyone knew they were there to help and Everyone customer wise seemed to be extremely happy and I will buy my next set of tires from there!

Took a 2024 Ram 1500 in to have a flat repaired. They said the tire had FOUR holes in it and they…read morecouldn't fix it because it exceeds their limit of 3 holes. They advised the only option was to replace the tire with prices starting at $426, going up from there. In addition, they didn't even have a tire in stock and it would take a week to get one. I took it to another tire shop and was told only ONE hole was found. I have been thinking for a few years that Discount Tire is a shady company and their employees are dishonest. This issue pretty much confirmed it for me. I hopefully won't ever have to go to Discount Tire again. I guess this is part of their training for new employees. Pathetic!

You'll want to save this number if you are near San Angelo and need car repairs or maintenance…read more I've made a ton of calls and seen several mechanics in the area, and all were extremely disappointing. Prices are drastically different, and customer service is condescending and often opportunistic with silly "inspection fees." Then there are the complete rip-offs that lack diagnostic abilities and should not be in business. I spoke with Jesse, who is honest, knows his business well, and doesn't need to resort to price gouging or surprise inspection fees. They repaired the car quickly and consulted with me before costing me a penny. Jesse gave me reasonable options and stood by his quote. He gave me an excellent detailed quote for repairs I will also need in the future. I'll never take my car to any other shop in West Texas.

I told Adrian no hurry on the tire as we were finished with our errands. In about 2 hrs he called and let us know the vehicle was ready for pick up. $21.00 was our repair bill and no lite laminating on the dash . $21.00 is very reasonable for a tire repair.

Decided then that they weren't going to touch my car anymore but little did I know that while getting things out of the back of my car I found a plastic part to my car underneath my passenger seat. Took it back just to find out that the 2 mechanics that were there had NO idea where it came from and the one who actually worked on my car (CJ) wasn't there.
