Meri is one of the most helpful, knowledgeable, and dedicated health care providers I have ever…read moremet. After going untreated for pelvic pain/discomfort for years after some pelvic trauma, I have already seen amazing improvements in just a handful of sessions with Meri. She really listens to you, makes you feel comfortable and safe, and does everything she can to help you recover from your particular issue. She has even taught me exercises and stretches to do outside of our sessions to help me recover even sooner. She honestly wants to listen and help, and she will. Like many of the other reviewers have said, I had no idea pelvic physical therapy existed. If my gynecologist had not recommended Pelvica to me, I would have probably resigned myself to the pain and discomfort, because I really couldn't find any other solutions. Pelvic issues by their nature can be very uncomfortable or embarrassing to deal with, and you might not know who or what to turn to. I was in that position, almost gave up, then Pelvica changed my life for the better. Check out the website for more details on what they treat specifically: http://www.pelvicapt.com/treatment TL;DR If you have dyspareunia or other pelvic/women's health issues that go beyond what your gynecologist can help you with, you can stop searching now. Before I was referred to Meri by my OB-GYN, I didn't know that this type of reproductive therapy…read moreeven existed. However, I'm an athlete who's been through plenty of physical therapy as well as chiropractic services, and the idea of this type of physical therapy for pain made immediate sense. I have atypical reproductive issues that began when I was sixteen and was seeking help to make things enjoyable.. at all. Meri immediately put me at ease - she is kind, listens extraordinarily well (which is important since so much of her target patient base has issues that OB-GYNs and primary care doctors are not necessarily used to dealing with, so generally we've been through some insensitive/ineffective care by the time we get to her), and explains EVERYTHING. Her breadth of knowledge is impressive, comforting, and helpful. I saw her once or twice a week for a couple of months - it was a slow road for me, which made sense considering the amount of time I've had these muscular issues without effective treatment, but we did notice progress, and I was confident in her care. However, I do not have health insurance coverage through my employer, and the costs for the monthly premium for an individual plan PLUS care (most of which is not covered, as you well know if you also have an individual plan in California) became prohibitive. I had to stop therapy with Meri as a result of not being able to afford it. However, that's not even the end of the story when it comes to Meri's exemplary professionalism and 360 degree care for her patients. Beginning a few weeks after care and continuing even after I had to stop seeing her, Meri tirelessly fought for me to get reimbursed for her services by my then-healthcare plan. And thanks ONLY to her efforts, I was completely reimbursed, which was the hugest financial help. I have never had the pleasure of being treated by a healthcare provider who cares more than Meri about her patients. I could not recommend her care more highly, and am cannot wait for the day that my means or my healthcare plan allows me to return to finish care with her.

When I looked at the class schedule online I noticed they have live digital classes. Awesome! Now, I was so happy I could do my meditation class at home and not have to worry about parking or traffic. For me, this was the perfect situation! I chose the Miracle Meditation class. I emailed the front desk and they signed me up. Super easy. The class was a half hour long. I was e-mailed the Zoom link 15 minutes before class. Super easy. No technical issues. When I logged on I was relieved that they had already turned off my camera and microphone so I didn't have to worry about doing that. The class started right on time. Shayna was the teacher. She was very calming. We started with some breathing exercises and then did a meditation on the crescent moon and the rising sun. The class was relaxing and a nice way to start my morning. If you don't live close or you are a busy person like me I suggest trying out the digital classes at Unplug Meditation. It will ground you, improve your mental health, and increase your focus.

After being severely injured by a mandated shot that I had to get to be allowed to work, I have tried every specialist and treatment under the sun with Western medicine and Eastern medicine and healers. Maya is very knowledgeable and has very good bedside manner and is very professional and a Master at helping with complicated health issues that no one else has been able to help with. There was no pretense, no fluff, just a deeply kind and intuitive presence that immediately put me at ease What unfolded was unlike anything I've ever experienced, and I've dedicated my life to the spiritual path for well over a decade now ! Monique carefully worked through my entire energetic body and timeline -- from ancestrals to prenatal state, birth, adolescence, teenagehood, and into the present -- all while holding the space to talk through what I was feeling and what it could possibly chart back to, helping my mind-body-spirit make some real sense of it So many things I didn't realize I was carrying came into clear focus. I could feel massive shifts as she cleared, balanced, and brought light to areas I didn't even know were holding tension or story. I left the session feeling profoundly lighter, clearer, and more myself After one session, I knew I'd be making this part of my monthly spiritual hygiene routine. Monique is a true gem in this work; gifted, wise, and full of heart If you're even remotely curious about energy work or Biofield Tuning, go see Monique. You'll understand exactly what I mean the moment you do!
