He provides his guidance over 4 consecutive days in 2hr lessons and I really felt after the classes that I had learned not only the fundamentals behind Vedic meditation but why it has such a positive impact in one's life and what to expect initially as a beginner meditator. I came out of the classes eager to meditate twice a day and I have not only consistently done it, but I look forward to my meditation sessions. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to meditate on their own and be able to understand meditation and its benefits.

I've been ClassPass-ing my way around the USA trying virtual meditation and yoga classes. I was immediately intrigued by InsightLA. Not only is it a non-profit, but they currently have multiple virtual classes a day. I attended Walking the Buddha's Path Together: Clear Wisdom for Modern Times with Lisa and had a 6-star experience. The communication was timely and I had zero issues logging on. They were so organized. Even from about 3,000 miles away, this was one of the best meditation classes I've ever taken. I resonated immediately with instructor Lisa. She made me feel welcome and I felt like I've known her my entire life. I could sense the deep connection in their community, mostly because I've never done a virtual class like this where almost all participants had their cameras on and were actively engaged. I loved that Lisa didn't just read something out of a book, but rather created an original lesson based on her extensive knowledge of meditation and the Buddha's teachings. I donated immediately after and will be back several more times through this pandemic!

Not the digital psychedelics you might be imagining. Maybe you think : Oh I'm going to see computer graphics, or images they have put together with 3D AI, no, it's all your EYES CLOSED! Yes, light can manipulate what your eyes see, when applied effectively. And based on what I've seen about DMT trips online, the visuals were incredibly close. A lot of emotion. One of a kind. The power of light, binaural, and deep waves like infrasound, cannot be underestimated. You'd be amazed, how your strongest feelings, your most intense feelings weighing heaviest on your mind, your thoughts, that mean the most to you, have a way of showing up on the canvas of your visuals, when your eyes are closed. Five stars for this legendary technology these Saintly people are developing. I had a feeling about this place because you see psychonauts impressed with this place, and also, veterans back from war and duty, impressed with this place. Five stars for Camyar.
