I went to the Reality Center for the first time on a nice Sunday afternoon! Came into the building, everything was nice and clean. The vibe was very fitting, the smell, artwork, all of it was aligned with what was advertised on the website. Had roughly an hour session within a guided group. It was as therapeutic of any alternative healing method I have gotten into so far. The combination of the frequency table, binaural sounds, and visual entrainment light was a real treat. This review is long overdue. I wrote down my experience after so that I could reflect upon it later. I do feel each individual's experience would be unique so I wouldn't want to plant ideas in peoples heads for what they will feel, but overall I saw a montage of my loved ones in my life! It was like a fun ride and my mind took off in so many directions. I didn't try the voice part of it my first time but will in future. The best part of the experience is that for a few days after I felt more relaxed than I had in a long time. It really made me hone in on some thoughts in my brain that needed to come out and be addressed, I felt like my mind was able to let some things go. I came here on a work de-stressing activity. I've never done anything like this before. My supervisor came to us with a surprise. I would say that this is one unique activity that I never knew existed. From the start, Jonathan greeted us by the door and was so friendly and welcoming. He made the experience very comforting and enjoyable. He was genuinely passionate about trauma healing and self care. The facility was very clean, comfortable, and gave a meditative environment. The experience was promoted to us as a psychadelic experience as a form of healing. It definitely was what Jonathan said to be a "sensory overload" but, very relaxing. After the experience, I was at a relaxed feeling as if someone gave me a nice massage. Some people in our group fell asleep, some stayed awake but felt as though they were dreaming, and some, such as me, saw visuals but don't remember what. I came here and the place was right across from a parking structure which was pretty convenient and parking was about 2 dollars! Upon getting to the door I was greeted by Tarun! The street's busy but as soon as you step into those doors, it's quiet and very zen! I came here skeptical about the experience but a friend of mine swore by it! Tarun offered us water and guided us through the meditation portion prior to the experience and my mind is still blown! The intensity of the light at the beginning was a shock and took me about a minute to adjust. Right after that, I went into a trance and experienced something like a lucid dream. I was able to control the dream and envision the things I wanted to succeed. Then before I knew it, an hour passed. I woke up feeling more enlightened, motivated, more positive! Nonetheless, I would recommend you come in open-minded, and ready to meditate. 10/10 would do it again. They had a couples experience which my girlfriend and I tried! She also loved the experience! Today I visited the Reality Center, completely blind and with no expectations. After a treatment with vibrations, light and music, I am a different person. Anxiety, stress, mental gymnastics, stripped away. I cannot articulate what happened or how it happened, my mind was in a 1000 different places, all good. I was in there for over an hour but had to ask how long it was. I had no comprehension of time. I do know I will be going back and back for this treatment. YOU MUST EXPERIENCE REALITY CENTER! I was referred from a friend who had a profound experience here. I share this personal information in the hopes of leading someone to this type of help as well. I recently experienced trauma through the unexpected passing & event around losing my long term boyfriend. I am experiencing deep emotional pain and PTSD from this loss/event. I have been seeking therapy and different healing modalities to try and support my grieving. My boyfriend is the one who introduced me to the mind/body connection which is strongly integrated here and felt like a beautiful way to honor him- but also my session deeply helped my soul.
