The woman who did my pedicure was AN EXPERT. I have never had a pedicure that was so thorough! I love their color choices, the massage chair was new and comfortable. The lady in the front desk seems nice, but who knows the woman who washed my hair was also nice but I know she's just a shampoo, girl and cleans just an assistant, which is nothing wrong with that but the actual woman who came to cut my hair did not even speak to me she was on the phone on speakerphone the entire time my mind told me to get up and just pay for the wash, but I just sat there as she continue to text so send photos or whatever she was doing as she was on and off cutting my hair she butchered my hair. It's the worst cut I've ever had. I'm going away this weekend. It ruined my trip completely now I have to figure out how to fix this with hair extensions. There's no way I can cut it even more. It was about 3 inches or more taken off of my hair when I asked the lady in the front did they let the assistant do my hair she said no, that's the owner. That woman is not the owner. She is a shampoo girl which they let blow dry my hair although she's a nice young lady she should not be working on anyone's hair without a license because anyone with a license would not cut my hair the way that it was cut or blow dry my hair the way that it was being blowdried I left to feeling defeated. I paid the bill never ever in my life. Have I ever not tipped in fact I work for Tips I left out of there fuming mad so mad that I am going to contact about a business Bureau after reading some reviews, this place is known for having this type of service. I'm not just some colored girl that came in there that you can just throw to the side and do whatever you want to them you let the shampoo girl blow dry my hair and a woman who is unlicensed because the cut that she gave is not a person with experience or who went to school for cosmetology. I actually should have not paid and call the cops because I understand that if you get service, you have to pay for it and again never in my life. Have I ever had this type of experience, I expressed to the woman in the front how I felt she said I'll have a talk with her. I'm not quite sure what that really means because that is just not making any sense to me then she said I will see if they can discount the cost I don't need a discount. I have money in fact I just came from work when I went into that location! My advice to anyone reading this review do yourself a favor and go elsewhere don't make the same mistake I made.
