The staff was friendly and did not talk much, so I was able to just "zone out" and enjoy it. They were quite fast and did a good job overall. My pedi took a total of 20 minutes!! I had one not too long before so I wasn't overly concerned, but after I got home and had my socks off, I could see - and feel that there was still a few rough spots on both feet. Then I got my nail fill. Looked great when I left but the NEXT MORNING the polish was peeling off my nails. The other nail fill had the same thing, peeling polish. The full set of nails looked great, except that the tech / owner cut the cuticles and blamed her for 'talking' while getting her nails done and then cut her again. Her fingers were bleeding. When I went back to get my polish fixed I was told it wasn't dry when I left. And that it was my fault for putting my hand under the light incorrectly. This is not my first set of nails, as stated before - it was a fill. I have NEVER, ever from any other establishment had my nail polish peel off from my finger nails. No apology to any of us. I can say that none of us will be dropping a dime there again, let alone the almost $100 each that we spent last weekend.

Avery was super sweet and attentive to my questions and my preferences. It's always a nervous process meeting a new hair stylist but we clicked really well and she was very reassuring and diligent with her work! I had a very positive experience with her and loved the redness of the balayage at the end. Everyone in the salon hyped me up and it felt like a very supportive environment for the workers and clients! Avery also walked me through how to maintain my hair color, and I have been able to keep my hair red 1 month later with the recommended red shampoo! Not only is the salon adorable, clean, and welcoming - but they have the BEST product selection. Aveda, R&Co., Orbe, and more. They aren't product pushy at ALL. On top of the hair products, they have a lovely assortment of hair accessories, jewelry, candles, lip products, etc on display every time I come in.. and honestly, it's always on trend, awesome quality, and you need it. I love their online booking tool - super easy to use! As for the talent of their stylists - I have never left unhappy with my hair, far from it. I always leave loving what was done and feeling like a million bucks. Each girl I have seen for a service has done an outstanding job and I have loved my hair! When my pedi color (opi bubble bath) wasn't set in 3 coats, my nail tech added 3 more to my big toe. Then the unthinkable.....when putting on my sandals, we both bumped that same toe. He went back to clean up and recoat my nail. You don't always find that consistency and willingness to help. I reflected that in my tip. Pedi with sugar scrub and hot towel was $35, there was another upgraded service as well. You'll find five nail stations and five pedicure chairs. What I liked: -easy to book appointment (did so online) -prices and services listed online -ready for me right when I arrived -accepts Spa Finder gift cards -nails overall look very nice and have held up GREAT for 2-3 weeks with no real chipping! This was the ultimate plus since I had a wedding last weekend and did not have to get them redone since they still looked excellent!! Huge bonus! What could be improved: -no music (and no one in the salon besides us) which made for a very quiet (too quiet) experience since I just wanted to relax and not talk much. -the towels used to dry off my legs and feet had some residual hairs on them. The nail tech apologized for this and said they must not have used a dryer sheet. However, it still was kind of gross and happened 3-4 times during the pedicure. -nail color selection could be better but it was fine overall. Not as much variety as other places I've been but still pleased with the color I got. Overall: I am very pleased with the quality of my pedicure (which is most important). I think some logistics of the salon could/should be improved if they went to excel but they are easy enough fixes to make!
