Including missing crystals, discoloration of the gold and will help fix anything so I'm satisfied! As long as it wasn't a user error and I had the original item. We then went back into the piercing room where she shared the process and walked through what my experience would be. All in all, I barely felt anything and am so happy I went to Decorum!
