When I noticed her terrible work, I canceled the gel French and asked for regular clear. To then be charged a color pedicure...? It was clear, but I guess in that business it's still a color. She also charged me a fee for taking off my gel polish. Taking off the polish wouldn't be part of a pedicure...? Once my pedicure was done I sat and waited for 45 mins before I could get my nails done. So even though you have an appointment EXPECT to wait. I honestly happened to stumble upon it when I decided to go to the 7-11 in the same complex and upon entering immediately got a great vibe just from the decor, ambiance and how friendly and accommodating the owner Chelsea was. I explained exactly what I wanted / needed and she assured me they could meet my needs and made an appointment for me the next day. When I arrived the next day Chelsea remembered my name and immediately got me seated for my gel pedicure and acrylic removal. There were 2 lovely technicians working on my pedicure and acrylic removal simultaneously to make the best use of time. My pedicure was AMAZING! The tech took her time and was very gently yet thorough throughout the entire pedicure and my chrome gel polish wound up looking PERFECT! Next I was seated with Marisol who spent the next few hours removing the rest of the acrylic, applying new gel extensions, applying and shaping the gel precisely , selecting colors and gems to duplicate the photos of designs I wanted and putting the biggest smile on my face with the finished product as it was IMMACULATE PERFECTION !!! Honestly the best set I've ever had in my life and life been getting my nails done for over 30 years. I have found my new nail home and I'm so thankful to have done so on the first try. I came in with blue polish and I was going to have the same color again. She did not fully remove the polish. I was underneath my nails as well as under the acrylic. So basically,if I don't have any polish on, anyone can see the color. I asked her to remove it and she used a drill but it all did not come off. I also explained that the person who did the initial set did not use the correct size of tips on some of the nails and asked her to add acrylic to the side were it needed. She only put it at the point near my finger but did not put it along the side so the nail would be even on both sides. This was a waste of time and money because I am not fully satisfied.
