So I came to this nail salon a few months ago and the guy who did my nails did a terrible job however, Jessica did my feet and she did my eyebrows and those came out beautifully. However, I did have to go back a second time to get my nails fixed. Because of how well she did my eyebrows and my feet I wanted to go back to her and have her do my eyebrows after they grew out and when I got to I knew she didn't remember me, but she was very nasty. I looked past that and I told her what I wanted her to do to my eyebrows, which was not something that she didn't do before however, now she has all these questions ha ha you want it because it's only but so high that I can put the arch, etc., so I told her to put them as high as my eyebrows can go. They can't go any higher than that and I understand that. But she still seem to have an attitude and I didn't appreciate that because when I came to last time and I spent all that money, they were very, very happy. So as she's doing my eyebrows, the energy is just off when she's done. I look at my eyebrows and I see that she messed up. I make a big fuss about it. I was telling her how to fix it on one she took too much off the front and on the other didn't take enough so as I'm telling her how to fix it, she has an attitude. She gives me the mirror again I look and I say no you this part off from under the eyebrow and she has an attitude again at this point now I have attitude because you are not gonna just do what you do to my eyebrows. ! I'm not sure what happened before I came, but it's not my fault so because her feelings were hurt because she didn't do my eyebrows properly, she decided to not fix them and told me I didn't have to pay for them which that is OK cause I'm not about to pay for some eyebrows that you messed up. Make a long story short because of that I will never go back to them not to mention this place is always owner, which is the seems to always have attitude as well. I don't like this place save your money. I don't know how this is still going on and existing when I got my nails done the last time the nail was very sticky like it was very old and of course they're gonna try to savage as much as they could and what happens eventually, the nail polish is gonna start to peel off your nails and crack. Don't waste your time with this place at especially with Jessica nasty attitude. She is not worth it and if you ask me if she can no longer do eyebrows, I'm sorry but she lost her touch. She probably could still defeat. I don't know. I asked her if she still does and she said I don't have time right now so I not what I asked you. I asked you if you still defeat I wasn't gonna get my feet done at that moment. I just wanted to know, but from that answer, I said they will never get my money again. read more

The women working there were very nice and did a great job. The management however was very rude. I very politely asked for a different color on my toes and the male Manager, (I believe his name was Brian) made a comment to another customer saying that some people are "grumpy and woke up on the wrong side of the bed." All I did was ask for a new color and a customer should never have to worry about being disrespected going to get a treatment done. So, I have been to place about 4 times now. First time I went, they did a good job on my nails. I had this one man do it, i forgot his name. As for my feet, not so well. The lady who did my feet messed the nail polish on it. When I asked if she could re-do it, she said it would be $5 for her to re do it even though, she is the one who messed them up. Also, I came another time to get my nails done, a different man did it and he did a horrible job. He made some of my nails shorter than the others. One of middle finger nails is way too long. He did an uneven job. As for painting them, he did a crappy job as well. Overall, I am probably not going to come back to this place. Plus, they are over-priced. read more

My mom who is 82 years old & I went there back on, Thursday, March 2, 2018...To relax after a couple of long months for us, because, my Aunt passed she wad101 years old. S9 it was a rough time for us. & the last 8 weeks before we entered this nail place, we were going back and forth to the hospital to look after my Aunt. In the 2 weeks before entering the salon , we were spending almost full days going back and forth in help clean out my aunt's apartment. She lived there almost 38 years! She had a lot.So back to the salon we went there to treat ourselves. We were treated rudely from the beginning. There were 2 chairs for pedicures open and two workers. Both working on people. Finally it was our turn to sit down, I went first because I wanted polish, my mother Disney. When she finally got a chance she sat next to me in the other chair.She explained that she just wanted her nails softened clipped and no polish! Simple right! Wrong, the ladies started trying to make fun of my MOTHER and asking when's the last time you had your feet done, while lag in her face, pointing at her feet, and speaking in their language. I said to them , "Who do you think you are laughing at that's my MOTHER? You respect her! They tried to defend their actions. Then they really started speaking really fast and angry and loud in their language pointing at her feet! I said," You better stop being rude! No one came over to correct them. Then the lady doing my feet said,"Well if dis is you motha, then you next time take her to a specialist to have dem do it , alright!" Me: "No it's not alright! You stop disrespecting us and do our feet!" She got even angrier , no apology for disrespecting me or my MOTHER! We paid and left! SHAME ON THEM! They work & make a living in our neighborhood's, they need to learn in our culture we try to RESPECT one another, especially elder's and those that are paying you for a service! Years ago they messed up my nails trying to remove the tips TOO fast and ripped part of my actual nail from my right ring finger off, it took 3 years to grow back properly. I absolutely love this place. The staff (Husband & wife) are super friendly and does a great job doing nails. I always go to the wife (Teresa) to get a pedicure because she puts a tip on my big toes because it won't grow LOL. I always allow her to draw a design on my big toe because she knows what fits me. Her husband is the go to guy if you want long lasting nails. I normally have him wrap my nails because they tend to break easily. The down side to it is you have to get there early on the weekends because it get's really busy. read more

The is my go-to place for a mani/pedi and eyebrows. I usually stick to one person to take care of me. They are very nice and and I usually go during the week because it's not busy. But if you come on weekends, be prepared to wait for at least 30 minutes. They are really popular in the neighborhood for doing the "long" nails. I haven't gotten mine done, yet, but I really like their work. I wish while I was getting a pedicure they had better massage chairs but it's ok. It's a decent place to get your nails done. read more

Based on the experience I had today at this establishment. I will not be returning and IF YOU ARE SMART YOU WON'T BOTHER WASTING YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE EITHER. So allow me to explain my situation, I use to go here back in 2006-2007. When I entered today I noticed some familiar faces. I asked for a pedicure and gel manicure. What I do not appreciate about the type of ppl who run nail salons is that they attempt to PLAY ON YOUR INTELIGENCE.... upon sitting down to have my nails done the guy asks Gel manicure or Gel nails? I'm fully aware of the difference and I never get nail extensions. Anyway, everything was RUSHED. for a $25 MANICURE I want to feel as tho my American dollars I work hard for (which are being sent to other countries) are appreciated! I get a mood changing color that's white and pink..... the guy I had CLEARLY wasn't properly trained because he kept going over the same spot multiple times causing the polish to look uneven. When you are painting a light color polish on someone's nails if it's uneven it will easily show. So I told him and he put on another coat. Now I'm suppose to get a hand massage with lotion, that didn't happen. He wipes or sprays ALCOHOL ON MY NAILS and that's it..... so you are trying to dry out my cuticles? I'm a women who's use to going to nail salons, day spas, and hair salons. This piece of shit ass sweatshop type of deal is the reason why I'm so critical and picky, but nowadays it seems all these places are like fast food in and out quick with very lil attention to detail. And the polish on my nails are STILL uneven! I get my pedicure.... THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE PEDICURE STATIONS. And I will be contacting the Dept of Health on Monday about this disgusting practice. This is my go to place whenever I need a great manicure and pedicure. The couple that owns the place are really nice. I recommend Theresa for pedicures because she does great designs and makes them up as she goes. I prefer to go during the week because it's not crowded and if you try going on the weekend as Lovet O. said be prepared for a wait. This place is the worst. Nothing is consistent. Prices fluctuate from morning to afternoon. They refuse credit/debit cards on certain days - which change just like their prices.
