Do not use this company. Terrible job on our windows. He was initially responsive when we made the appointment to have our garage windows tinted. He arrived about 10 mins late, alone, and I believe the job was bigger than he expected(even though we sent photos ahead of time and clearly discussed what needed to be done). My husband ended up helping him scrape the old film off. When he applied the new window film, they were bubbly on most every panel! He left us a plastic scraper and told us they would correct themselves when the water dried out a bit in a couple of days and told us to use the scraper to flatten it. I've NEVER had to complete a window tinting job after the fact. Unfortunately, we gave him the benefit of the doubt. Few days later and it still was not flat and now more bubbles have appeared in other areas! We called and left a few messages with NO RETURN phone calls. These are flat windows. I can't image how he could possibly do a good job on curved car windows! Do not use this company. I will revise this review if he returns to fix it but I have not received any response, thus far. read more

After about 2 months of searching for the right company to do my tint, I was referred to Andy from a friend. I recommend 100% to go to him! He is super friendly, efficient, and he even comes to your house! I called him to get a quote and he answered all of my annoying questions I had. The quote stayed the same when he arrived! Update: Right after I posted this review Andy called me to schedule fixing my window Original Post: I found out about Andy's Window Tinting from a Co-Worker who was getting his windows done one day at work. I called Andy & got a quote and scheduled the install for the next week. I found out I had Jury Duty the day that Andy was supposed to place my tint and he willingly moved up my install to 6:30am to complete the windows before I had to report. The price was good and I even gave him a tip for being so accommodating. Fast forward to now (2 weeks later) and I found a small hair in one of my smaller back windows that obviously should not be there. I have been trying to get advice from Andy on what should be done to correct this and he has been completely unresponsive. Don't tell a client if they have issues to contact you and then when they try to contact you, you ignore them. Andy does fantastic work, I've used him for multiple cars since I met him about 5 years ago. Give him a call, get a quote and setup an appointment, and he comes to you! Made the reservation earlier in the week and had him come out today since I got a new car. I thought I had a pretty good idea of what I wanted tint wise, lighter on the front windows and darker on the rear ones. I pointed to the darkest and second lightest tints and he recommended doing the 2 lighter tints he had. I'm glad he recommended those, the light tints looked much darker on the car! The tints were the same ones he had used on my vehicles before, but my previous cars had darker interiors making me think the tint I chose was darker than it really was. He also informed me today that he does windshields now, that it cuts down a large amount of heat coming into the car(also less sun damage to the dash, sounds good to me!). I'll definitely be giving him a call after my plates get in and I can take the registration sticker off from the inside. Whether I would get pulled over for windshield tint, I know not. I've had the same side and rear window tint % combination on all of my cars, but have not been hassled for it once. 10/10, Andy is my friendly go-to tint guy! read more

I was referred to Andy by my mother. After reading these Yelp reviews it's been brought to my attention that Andy has since passed away. Not once did this person mention that Andy passed away and he took over his business. This person is impersonating Andy and ripping people off. The tint on my door looks horrible and he took a razor blade to my freshly painted door and took the paint off. Not to mention he soaked the floor with water which damaged my baseboard. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. He is a crook and didn't even offer to partially reimburse me. I am a return customer!!! Just got my two front windows tinted on my '15 Toyota Tundra this morning. Appointment was set for 7:30AM Sunday morning. He was on time as usual. He asked me how dark I wanted to go and offered me a front windshield film option. I told him I wanted the same tint as the rears (20%) and I passed on the front film. He got to work and was done in about 30 minutes. Can't beat that! His work is exceptional! He carries himself like a professional. I called him because of the such high reviews, but was disappointed after speaking with him. I purchased a 2007 dodge charger for my son as his 1st car...it came with tint already on it. When I called, I let him know that I was looking to have someone take the current tint off and put on new tint. He denied the job because he said it would take too long. There are plenty of tint places in Carson, but I wanted someone who could come to my home so I can get it done and work at the same time. I repacked my car with another one therefore I went there. They did a crappy job and had them do It again. This was about four years ago and now the tint looks horrible it's falling apart. He came, knocked it out fast and early which was great. Even gave him a tip for the service and coming out. However, theres a problem with my passenger window. I messaged him and got no reply. I guess it's true what the other reviews are saying that he doesnt follow up afterwards. Anyways, my passenger window was not done entirely correctly and it shows towards the bottom. At first glance it looks like an air bubble but it's not. Its excess film caused by not placing the edges on correctly. If this wasnt an issue I would've posted 5 stars. Thanks though guy. I've used Andy a few times now. It's not his work that this review is about. I was scheduled an appointment at my home in Carson for 8am this past Sunday. I waited about 15 mins to give him a call. He then tells me his truck broke down on the way to me. You would think he would've gave me a call to give me a heads up. But no he didn't. I asked him about rescheduling and what's the next step. He tells me he's waiting on his son to help with his truck, he would get back to me in a little while. He also asked if I would be home later in the evening. I just told him to let me know because I do have errands to run. My issue is, he STILL haven't returned my call to reschedule or no update whatsoever. I guess he's still stuck on the side of the road in his work truck. I even texted him this morning and was left on "READ". Horrible communication on his part. I'm all about good customer service.
