Let me start off by saying that John and his team at K&T Collision Center went above and beyond…read more I went to John a few years ago for my 2011 Toyota Corolla to help prep my car to sell. The paint on the roof was peeling and I was concerned with the quality of the work and I was reassured that they back their paint job with a lifetime warranty. The turnaround was quick and he got it looking brand new. Years later, here I am. I have a 2025 Honda Odyssey Elite trim that sustained a windshield crack from debris. Unfortunately it was a huge metal object. So it was a crack that continued to spread & expand from the heat during the day & cooling during the evening. I asked for quotes around town on how much it would cost for a windshield replacement. I got quotes ranging from around $590 to upwards of $1700+. On the low end, $590 seemed like the most cost effective. However, windshields aren't made the way they used to be. Sensors, cameras, etc. play a role in the cost. Superficially seems like an easy fix. The glass is engineered to meet specific standards so these systems work the way they're supposed to. $590 (Safelite) was the easy way but if the technology malfunctions due to lack of calibrating or being the right product so the sensors/cameras work as specified. With bigger companies/corporate I often stray away because their business is built around quick work, productivity, quotas, etc. What sold me was my past experience and also, his facility being a Honda/Acura certified repair center. John went through all of my options ranging from aftermarket, OE, and OEM windshields. For the few hundred dollar differences between the options, OEM was the way to go with all the sensors/cameras, and tech. John quoted me a very fair price in my opinion (about $1400). A simple search online puts this job towards $2500 from the dealer. This was with all the recalibration of the cameras/sensors. Other shops were quoting me $1400 OEM BEFORE calibration. Rip off. The choice was simple. Great past experience & customer service. Honda Certified repair facility. Transparent with costs & options. Well below dealership pricing. The job was completed within less than a day. He called me for pickup yesterday. It was close to closing hours. I was unable to get transportation due my ride having prior obligations. Without hesitation he offered to have his team member pick me up from my residence. No charge. I arrived, he showed me the vehicle and to my surprise, the car was cleaned inside and out. I had come in to also obtain a quote for damage on the passenger side quarter panel and sliding door from a sharp turn into a pillar. It was dented. The paint was marred and exchanged paint with the pillar. It was horrendous to look at especially on our new vehicle. John & his team went ahead and cleaned it up for me and it looks almost brand new. Absolutely amazing. A local gem for a Honda body shop. Unfortunately, I don't have any before pictures of the damage but it was bad enough people stared over while we drove. K&T Collision Center made my day and my wife's day. We will be coming back to him to get the repairs, but for now, we will be able to drive our '25 Odyssey without getting negative attention. Thank you so much for taking care of our vehicle! P.S. You know a repair shop is legitimate when their employees roll up in cars that are very well maintained aesthetically and internally. Some employees drove older 90s cars that were very well taken care of and that same care is shown in their work!

Had some minor damage to the lower portion of my front fiberglass spoiler that I wanted fixed and touched up on my recently purchased car, and he gave me a very reasonable quote. For the scope of work like mine, his typical turnaround is one day...drop it off in the morning, and the next morning you can pick it up. I decided to go with Steve as his quote was nearly 3 times less than my other go-to guy I have used on many occasions in the past. I am so glad I did! Not only did Steve address the main area of concern, but also cleaned and touched up areas along the bottom portion of both sides of the front spoiler you cannot even see (unless you crawled under to have a look). The previously damaged area looks like it came off the showroom floor brand new. First rate work! Thanks Steve! Pleasure meeting and working with you...appreciate your exceptional work.

Every one I went to. And prices that just seemed nearly outrageous as well. Then I came to Steve's Mobile Paint and Dent Repair shop. I could tell immediately I was dealing with a 'normal' business owner that would prove to me that he wasn't some one trying to make a fast buck, or lay some sales pitch on me how it's going to be some outrageous amount. I'm not sure how to put it in words well, but the bottom line is that I immediately felt I was dealing with an HONEST, and Considerate person who genuinely wished to help me and not find ways to gouge me in price nor the 'con' job of what needed to be done. In fact, he showed me how some of the body defects were in fact something that could be buffed out easily. All the other seven body shops had just tallied that area of concern as requiring well over a thousand dollars to 'repair' - when in fact, it was a simple buff and polish and gone, at well, well less that the thousands all the other shops had told me it would cost. What I've learned out of all these shops I had gone to, is that they will attempt to make you believe you need to pay thousands when often some of the 'defects' could be done at a huge fraction of the price. Could Steve had done what all these other body shops had? And got me for much more than what they all knew could be done for less?? But he didn't. That is HONESTY. That is INTEGRITY. That is a GOOD and FAIR businessman!!! He's ONE man that I would trust anytime to repair my vehicle, and would come back again and again. And, anyone that values honesty and integrity, coupled with excellent work and service, would never go anywhere else!

I have been coming here for few times over the last few years, but I will not come back anymore…read moreafter my recent visit. Gavin gave me two options initially, and I chose the second option replacing front right light with a used light and repairing the fender. Long story short, repairing the fender (making a bracket and welding) was done in same day, but due to ordering the wrong light twice and/or his incompetence dealing with tesla light programming, it took 1 week and 2 days to get my car back with me getting and delivering him the used light with matching part number myself. He kept blaming on the wrong used light that he ordered and kept being rude, whining to me about his time and money lost working on my car, telling me he is doing me a favor when it was his incompetence in ordering the right part or programming tesla light the whole time. I got sick and tired of hearing this BS (felt like he was a customer complaining) so much that I decided to not come back anymore and will go to a different PDR shop in the future. At one point, he requested I need to make an appointment at tesla so he can bring his car there. Second used light he ordered is "DOT 1077372-00-K", and my original light is "DOT 1077372-00-L". According to tesla and from my research, both lights are compatible, but he could not figure it out and at the end, he told me he needs exactly the same part which according to his words, he took a whole lot of time calling and searching for it. It took me 10 min to find whole bunch of them used and took me 30 min to locate the one that I can pick up locally (1hr 30min away) that worked after 5 min after I brought it to him. I wish he just told me the part number in the beginning, and I ordered it myself as if I did it, it'd be done in one day without all of his whining. His final bill was about $240 higher than the estimate as he added tech bill for $240 (he called tesla tech at one point that didn't go anywhere). After I came home, I also noticed one bolt with a washer below my wipers that he is not replying to me if it's from my car and noticed the upper tub under the hood was not clicked in properly. I was very frustrated, but I still was not going to leave a bad review for him considering my past experience, but as soon as I noticed he is ignoring my texts about the bolt, that was it. I won't go back even regarding this bolt that I have no idea where it came from. He never apologized to me even once during this whole time. His attitude was the opposite. Not sure what changed him.

John called me right away, asked the right questions and quickly zeroed in on what was likely going on. You can tell immediately when someone knows their craft and he absolutely does. When I brought the car in, he hooked it up to diagnostics and confirmed the issue with precision. No guesswork, no runaround- just clear answers and a solid plan. He walked me through exactly what needed to be done, quoted me upfront and got straight to work. Within just a few hours, my car was fully repaired and running like it should. What really sets John apart is how he goes the extra mile. He didn't just fix the problem- he helped me understand why the anti-theft light had been stuck on and made sure I left with total clarity. Communication was top-tier too. Calls and texts were answered promptly, which is rarity these days. As someone who isn't a car expert, I appreciated how he broke everything down in a way that made sense. No pressure, no confusion-just honest, straightforward service. His pricing is fair, transparent and backed by a clear work order before anything begins, so there are zero surprises. Bottom line: if you want fast, reliable, no-nonsense service from someone who actually knows what they're doing, HNC Bodyworks is it. Nick (the owner) and his team from Real Auto Body, are truly amazing people and know what they do! The first time they took care of me was a couple of years ago, when my car was rear-ended at a stop light by a lady who was noticeably high on something. Then recently, I had a scary road-rage incident with a lady who seemed psychologically unstable. This lady and I were both merging from two lanes into one. I was in front of her and as I was slowing down because of the traffic in front of me was slowing, she was deliberately honking at me. I checked on my mirror to see what's up with this lady, and I can see her visibly upset. I honestly don't know what I did to prompt her from reacting that way since I was only trying to drive as careful as I can. Anyway, she proceeded to speed up, drive in front of me, cut me off at a parking lot, and stopped her car in front of me. This lady got off her car and started yelling racist comments at me and threatening me. She forcefully opened my door to try to attack me and that resulted in my door handles being broken. I was shaken! I now have PTSD from that incident forever! I couldn't believe crazy people like that exist, but unfortunately, they do! However, great people exist too! Nick (the owner) and his team were amongst them! Since my car was 11 years old, my car dealership had discontinued manufacturing the door handles and even if I ordered it directly from them (it would have taken me 6 months to receive a replacement). They were able to find door handle replacements for me in just a few weeks and were able to fix my car relatively sooner! Furthermore, since the incident was not considered a "collision," but a damaged deliberately caused by another person, my insurance did not cover any of the expenses to get my car fixed! Hence, I had to pay out of pocket from my own wallet..This is when my experience with Real Auto Body gets better. I paid my down payment online to get my car fixed, when it was time for me to finally take my car in to get it fixed, I asked to pay for the remaining balance. Nick, and his team from Real Auto Body's response left me almost in tears! He declined to let me pay the rest of my car repair fees and said, "you've been through a lot!" So, I say this with careful consideration that it is extremely rare that business establishments value the quality of work, services they provide, and their customers! Hopefully, I won't ever have an issue where I would need to bring my car in for a damage that needs fixing. However, if I do, I know exactly where to go and who to trust -- Real Auto Body.
