Five stars if you're looking for a friendly local neighborhood bar. Nothing fancy, but it's the people who matter. Great service and an owner full of local historical knowledge. We've stopped here a few times for beers. Can't comment on the food, as we haven't been in for lunch or dinner, but they have daily meal specials posted, and daily drink specials posted also. Everything was cooked well and delivered fast and hot. The wings are really good. Usually I don't eat wings but I decided to give them a try. They're crispy to perfection and have a little bit of spice. I also got the perch dinner, with fries and a side salad. The side salad was what you'd expect but the ranch dressing was very good as were the croutons. Perfect size for a side salad. The fish was cooked well and tasted great. Looking for a breakfast spot near my hotel and in the mood for a classic local diner. I found Andy's through Yelp, and the reviews looked positive! It's a combination of an old divey bar and a small diner. We got there at 9am as that when they open (seems kind of late to me) and they weren't really ready for anyone as the only person there was this sweet old lady. She told us she was still getting ready and if we wanted a drink from the bar we had to wait as the bartender was supposed to show up at 9:10. I hope they don't do that every morning. We eventually got our glass of vodka as they had a little Bloody Mary bar which was perfect after a late night of drinking. Eventually we got seated in their dining area. The menu is small, but it has all of the breakfast essentials. A lot of the items were fairly cheap, ranging from $3-7. Most of my friends and I got their steak and eggs special which was $10, and for the amount of food you got, that's still a decent price. The sweet old lady I mentioned before was our server and wish I remembered her name as she was amazing. Every time we asked for something, she responded with "gotter otter" or "okie dokie." lol. No one had an empty cup of coffee as she was ready to refill those cups. I also liked her because I was being sassy and joking around, and she did a good job of putting up with me as got sassy back with me and made the joke to my friends that they need to take "your child home." This is definitely a local gem as around 10am a lot of older locals showed up and the staff was calling them by their names. Really enjoyed my experience and will be stopping here again soon. read more

If you want a greasy burger on a soggy, greasy bun AND want to consume a week's worth of sodium in one meal, this is the place for you. For your side, choose the over-salted, greasy chips. After getting a terrible meal about a year ago, I saw the great rating and thought I'd try again. The first bad meal wasn't the kitchen staff having an off night, it's to be expected. OMG I had the Kilkenny quesidilla with Polish sausage and let me tell you, I can eat, but I took half of it home with me! It was delicious. My husband had the wings, a little too hot for me, I would have had the mild not the original, but he loved them. Met the owner and his daughter, such nice people! I have been coming to Andy's P&B annually during Airventure for about 5 years. Home cooking, large portions, cheap beer. Food is B+, steaks are decent and our party was delighted with the evenings special of pork tenderloin. It is the best kept secret in Osh. Kind of a hole the wall, the bar is in the front, restaurant is in the back. Surprisingly, always great service and food. Will be coming back soon. read more
