Our last trip took us 10,00 miles away and our dog had developed a small mast cell tumor on her leg which seemed to be dormant. Unfortunately, while we were gone it expanded and opened up. The staff unsuccessfully tried to get in touch with us and took it upon themselves to take her to our vet and get her taken of. When we were able to make contact, we got a full report and they greatly eased our concerns, knowing that they had pro-actively taken steps to take care of our special girl. We would, without question, put this or any future pet in the care of Deer Park Kennels and even if 10,000 miles away be comfortble knowing that he/she was in capable hands. The only con I have with Suite Dreams is their drop off and pick up times. The times are not suitable for the working professional. Drop off is 3p-5p, M-F pick up is 11am-3pm Sat-Sun.
