He was on time every time we called him, did great work, and is a pleasant individual. We called him in a panic once as we were heading out of town on vacation and a piece of siding was hanging off the second floor where we couldn't reach it ( in the middle of an icy cold January). Martin showed up with ladder in hand and took care of the job in minutes with no fuss. His prices are fair. He has given us good advice on home repair, home upkeep, and opportunities to upgrade our home (bathroom, etc.), and we respect his professional opinion. When I asked about repairing them, I was told I would need to pay extra labor. About one month later, the picture fell and caused wall damage. I contacted him, but he declined to fix it unless I paid an additional fee. He also cautioned me about leaving a negative review. Based on my experience, I would not hire him again and would not recommend his services.
