I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Andy Fine in October through zoc doc. The scheduling was easy to get in. Once I got there, the small waiting room was very busy. The receptionist seemed really over whelmed and was a little rude. Once I was able to get seen, it wasn't even by Dr. Andy Fine. It was someone else, she was nice though. After my visit, they set me up with appointments to get an X-ray on my spine and a mammo. They called me to go get my x Ray, which they said the doctor would call to see me for review in about a week. It is now December and no one ever called about the x Ray review or me getting a mammo. I must have called them about 50 times trying to figure out why they never contacted me but every time I did there would either be no one at the desk, no one available to help, or full voicemail box. Seriously disappointed in this office. I've been coming here for a year and it has progressively gotten worse. Front desk staff doesn't know what a smile is. They are either over worked or just hate life. I waited over a week to get an appointment for a sinus and respiratory infection, and ended up in the hospital before my appointment. Then I call this morning to see if they can order some blood work since I was just seen four days ago. I was told over the phone that it wasn't a problem, come on down and one of or PA's can do that, you just may have to wait a little bit. So I take the morning off work and drive 30 minutes to their office, just to be given a mean attitude by the front desk and then told there is nothing they can do to help me today. I have to be seen by the doctor again before they will order bloodwork..???? So now I have to take another morning off work and drive 2 hours total between today and tomorrow, just to have an order for my Amylase and Lipase to be checked. You just saw me four days ago. You've been treating me for a year and know my history with my pancreas. This is not ok. read more

I am very disappointed with Dr. Fine. On my first visit Dr. Fine was in the room for less than 5 minutes and did not really seem to care about my issues. He seemed in a hurry and rushed me out before I was able to talk anymore. The second visit was even worse. I came in early and proceeded to wait almost 2 hours to be seen. There is a lack of communication and training in the office and lab work was not processed properly. I could go on with more negative comments but it is not worth it. I had such high hopes and their website made the doctors sound great. What a scam. Don't recommend them. Next year I will be looking for a new doctor. read more

Definitely frustrating. Waited 45 minutes past my scheduled appointment time. Doctor always seemed rushed. I had gone in for prescription refills and wrist pain due to a previous injury, just wanted a new wrist brace...and doctor fine said my pain was from swelling and gave me a cortisone shot in my wrist...I did not want it and said it wasn't the case, but he did it anyway. It was awful and very uncomfortable, especially because he hasn't reviewed my file and I said I didn't want the shot, as I've had them before and make my condition worse! Dr. Fine was so rude, barely spoke to me for a minute, and wasn't willing to listen to me. He told me they did not prescribe a lower dose of my antibiotic capsule, when in fact I was on a lower dose in the past. How Dr. Fine even obtained his medical degree is beyond me. Office staff was equally rude and sketchy, I implore you to find a different doctor to go to!! Too many patients going in/out without proper treatment, as he only cares about billing patients. read more

Just a medicine mill. Get 'em in and get 'em out. After one month of phones calls and even a visit to talk to the office manager I still have no results for my blood test. I've had blood work done at the office three times, and there is no followup on the test results. One of the tests came back with high levels, which needed mediate attention. I called a few weeks later, and the front desk person said a message was left. I have google voice messaging, which keeps all my calls and messages for the last fives years. There is no record of them calling or leaving a message. With something this critical a call back would be warranted. Needless to say I'm changing Drs. Once is excusable, but three times. I believe in my experience the Dr. is just going for signing large number of patients to increase his revenue. He never spends more than 5 minutes with you... read more

I am new to Colorado and found it hard to find a doctor who was accepting new patients. Dr. Fine's office accepted myself and my husband and provided us with an appointment the following week. Dr. Fine is thorough and wants you to have a good quality of health. I have suffered with knee pain for about 1 1/2 years and he was able to relieve that pain and provide a referral to a physical therapist. I would recommend Dr. Fine to everyone. read more

This entire office exemplifies medical malpractice at its finest. My family has been going to Andy Fine's office for a couple years, but recent experiences of my own with this office have prompted me to write this review and find a new PCP. The reception desk staff are worthless and incompetent, possessing little to no common sense, let alone any healthcare knowledge or professionalism. Each time I have gone in (and there have been many in just the past 6 months, but I'll get to that), I have set up an appointment ahead of time but inevitably wait 20-30 minutes to simply be called back from the waiting room. Then I'll wait an hour or more to be seen by the PA or NP. I usually see Marie, and although she is nice, she exhibits that stereotypical but very real and very worrisome tendency to simply prescribe an antibiotic, no matter the patient's condition, and hope it works. The interaction is the same every time: I am asked briefly about my symptoms (in the past 6 months, I have visited them 4 or 5 times with the same exact symptoms, indicating a recurring sinus infection), but am soon just prescribed some sort of antibiotic and told that if I don't get better, just come back in and they'll try another. More recently, just a couple weeks ago, I went in with a different condition, and again, they prescribed an antibiotic and told me that if I didn't feel better, come back in. They also said that I could expect a call within a few days with my test results, but if I didn't hear from them, I should give them a call. I ended up having to leave a voice message several days later because no one answered when I tried to call, and I NEVER received a return call from them to let me know what my test results were. The condition returned just a few days ago, and with even worse symptoms, but I chose to see a different doctor and, shocking, I was actually pleased with my experience at that doctor. Needless to say, this office is NOT good. I have never even seen this Dr. Andy Fine, but the PAs and NPs who work at this office with whom I have interfaced are of the type that are only contributing to the superbug dilemma we as a nation currently face, resulting from the over-prescribing of antibiotics. Overall, if you are looking for some quick pills, maybe this is the place for you. But if you are looking for quality primary care for you and your family that you can feel good about, DO NOT go to this office. read more

When I went to Dr. Andy Fines practice for the first time I ended up seeing a Dr. Mac. Ever since my first visit with him, he listened to me and made sure I was taken care of by prescribing the medicines I needed. Dr. Mac is a fantastic doctor. If it wasn't for him taking such good care of me I probably would not have passed my huge law exam. I never met Dr. Andy Fine and I bet he is great too, but if you are set up with Dr. Mac for an appointment, no worries you are in the best hands. He is super kind on top of all that I just said. Unfortunately, I may not go to the practice anymore because the office staff was terribly rude and could care less on even a simple problem they had to work out. Not only are they rude , but they let you know how busy they are in a condescending tone. It was shocking to me that the staff or really Britney's behavior was so brash. Britney's behavior was so shocking only because I worked TWO FULL TIME JOBS serving tables and working in a grocery store for years. I was always multi tasking and if I were to ever treat a customer with a sarcastic tone my butt would be out the door in a minute. I know in life that your job may be very stressful at many times and you have to deal with stressful situations, but its no excuse to not give top notch service every time and everyday.There is NEVER EVER a justifiable excuse to have an attitude. Especially to a patient! Desk girls don't know patients, they don't know what they are going through. In order to even walk in to a position like that YOU should know ALL patients ALWAYS come first and you treat them with respect because you don't know what medical issues they are dealing with. You chose that job, so there is no excuse NOT to treat EVERY patients with dignity and respect NO MATTER WHAT! If there are some office staff members that feel like they can't handle the amazing amount of multi tasking that the job requires on a daily basis in a clinic, I am sure Walmart is hiring and may almost be a better fit for them. They even let Walmart employees have somewhat of an attitude so it would be a perfect job for anyone who feels they have a need to be brash,short,tactless, or insincere.(returning something to Walmart makes me know for a fact that they get away with a trashy attitude) Back to Dr. Mac. If I could steal him and take him to the other practice I want to go to I would in 2 seconds! He is everything a doctor should be, and when he graduated he must have taken his Dr's oath seriously. I am sure Dr. Fine is a great doctor too, but once I had my appointment with Dr. Mac the rest was history. Because of him I now tripled my earning potential (maybe even more) because he gave me good advice and took my conditions seriously. Mazel tov Dr. Mac! I have never felt so disrespected and disregarded by a doctor in my life. Had me take a medication that I told him I was allergic too, said I would be fine on a lower dose which wasn't the case. Walked in on me changing my clothes and just stayed in the room and told me to finish undressing. Everything I said was completely disregarded, the only thing he wanted me to do was ANYTHING it took to lose weight. No matter how dangerous to myself. This man will not even look you in the eye, shake your hand, or smile. His five minutes conveyor belt appointments are a complete waste of time, and he only works 4 hours a day. My advice is to stay away from this office. I would give it zero stars if the site let me! read more

Dr. Fine and his staff have always been very helpful and courteous to me. I have been with him for a decade. He has been expanding his practice, and they have installed a new telephone system and that is the rub! With new systems, there are always glitches, and even though the answering service wasn't working correctly, the staff took the time to help me with my questions and my prescription requests. However, I had to walk in to the office to get them. They were very apologetic about the phone problems - all part of growing pains for a clinic that is very busy and getting in new patients all the time. I hope that once the phone system is working, it will help everyone get the information they need quickly. Overall, I have very positive experiences with the clinic and the staff there. Dr. Fine takes the time to listen to me, and it is clear that he cares about his patients' health. He just needs help with his new telephone system. It is not working all that well. read more

I have never had a more awful experience with a Dr in my life. I suffer from severe depression and mild anxiety. I am from Wyoming and was being treated properly and had all issues under control. I needed a new dr here to manage my depression/anxiety. I drove over an hour (im new to Denver) and waited 45 minutes in the waiting room to see Dr. Fine. Once I was in his office I began explaining to him what was going on, telling him what I was on recently in Wyoming, and he didn't want to hear any of it. He prescribed me a lower dose of the anitedepressant I was already on, and nothing for anxiety when I've been taking a low dose of klonipin for 3 years, along with trazodone for sleep. He was so rude, he treated me like I was some kind of drug seeking patient when I had all my files to back up my diagnosis along with the medications i was being prescribed. I left the office in tears feeling judged. I will never return to this office, and warn off anyone who thinks of going there. worst experience EVER read more

My elderly father-in-law was a patient of Dr. Fine's. My mother-in-law had noticed some changes in his behavior since the beginning of 2017, and they were steadily getting worse. He couldn't remember words, he would ramble on about topics, and he would get angry and frustrated. She told Dr. Fine, and Dr. Fine said "Old people get demented". Well, two weeks ago my father-in-law went to the ER at Littleton Adventist Hospital. Following a CT scan, he was diagnosed with a huge malignant brain tumor. He was admitted, had surgery to debunk the tumor, and died on April 5th. I don't know what the outcome would have been if it had been diagnosed earlier. However, since Dr. Fine didn't take the time to listen to my mother-in-law's concerns and evaluate the possible causes, we will never know. I don't know if she will be following up on this but as an RN, I am appalled by the apathy that he shows his patients (and their families) and his lack of diagnostic skills. read more

I seen Dr Fine in summer of 2016. I found him through my insurance and was told he took new patients. I was looking for a new dr for the fact that I was seeing an injury dr who noticed something abnormal on my CT scan and said I needed a primary care physician and also recommended a PET SCAN because there was some noticeable tumors in shoulder and thought it could be metastasis cancer. Also, this other dr recommended a full Bone Scan. When I went to see Dr Fine he was very impersonal, very short with me and sent me for an Osteoporosis test. I looked him in the eye and asked is this the same as a bone scan and he said yes. Well a week later I received a call back from his office saying that the test was negative and no need for further testing. After visiting my injury dr for the last time I told him what happened and he was shocked needless to say. Said why wouldn't he do a bone scan? Osteoporosis is something totally different. Well needless to say about 4 months later I had pain in shoulder and ribs and ended up at the emergency room. I have been diagnosed with Multiple Myeloma and have since found an amazing oncologist. Needless to say my dr says this wasn't the first horror story he heard. My dilemma with the whole situation is that although I am in current treatment with Chemo and radiation maybe the spreading in my bones could have been prevented if he would have taken 5 minutes out of his day to listen or give the proper test. He gave me a test what he thought it may be although another physician clearly stated what was on the report. And let me tell you that I did take all this paperwork in. So enough on Dr Fine. All I have to say if you want a doctor that is more personal and takes the time to listen to you and fully give you the correct diagnosis Dr. Fine is NOT the doctor. I am blessed to have my new Doctor. So thank you Dr. Fine so not being the best dr in town and leading me to the top 10 doctors here in Denver Colorado. read more

I had an appointment with Natasha, she is amazing but the office staff needs major improvement. I had an appointment last week and arrived at 837, my appointment was at 830. The so called receptionist i believe her name is amber proceeded to tell me i didnt have an appointment . I said yes i did. She argued with me and said that i didnt. I told her i was just there last week and i know they scheduled it. I asked her to look it up under my nickname and she rudely said "it will pull up with your birthdate. I said ok. Then she asked for help and they found me by my nickname. They she looked at the clock and said, oh its 842 we only give a 10 minute window. I said are you kidding me. I have been here because you have been incompetent and couldn't find me. And she said oh well. The other rude red head receptionist rolled her eyes, not sure if at me or the other rude lady. All the while they were allowing an older gentlemen whose appointment was at 8:05 to check in without a problem. I will not ever recommend this office to anyone even though i am extremely sad to be leaving Natasha because she goes beyond the call of duty. Unless you have a super insurance policy avoid the hell out of this office. We called first to verify that we wouldn't have issue with only having 1 free visit per year and wanting a physical. They said we would have to come in for an intake visit and it would be fine...then the next week we scheduled the physical. Guess what...we received a $200 bill the next month. And...on the 2nd visit doctor says, "I want you to lose 40 lbs this year and check-in with me 4 times." Excuse me doctor, but wouldn't that $1000 be better spent on a physical trainer, I can call and tell you my weight. I mean I'm no expert, but seems to me you just want my money not my health. And causing me stress by not responding when I question the bill from your office, is hurting my health more. I'll go elsewhere and unless your insurance has no deductible for office visits, so should you. That 5 minutes of doctor time was definitely not worth $200. read more

Why would ANYONE entrust the care for them self or a loved one to a Dr after reading so many SCARY reviews no matter what the fluff pieces say? Would 99 good reviews cause you to ignore 30 terrible ones when it comes to your healthcare? you have better choices!! It seems that all the 1 star would be ZERO STAR if you could leave a review with ZERO STARS, I would. I sure wish I had read the reviews BEFORE I had wasted time off work to endure the great waste of time, money & frustration I encountered from dr fine. He never did speak to me in complete thoughts about or turn his full attention to the issue I went to see him for even tho 2 of my 3 appointments were specifically for that. I always felt like he was rushing through my appointment to get to the patients he really cared about. The 3 to 8 minutes he spent with me at each appointment were more so about things I did not need, want or ask for but that he could generate income from, he ended up charging me more than twice as much per visit than any other Dr I have ever been to including the Dr.s I have seen since who actually listened to and helped me. No procedures or medications given or even prescribed but there are hundreds of dollars of extra charges on the bills. First time in my 53 years that I have encountered a healthcare provider that emits negative energy & employs no communication or report with the patient, I am thoroughly unimpressed. Big dose of bad karma coming to this practice, smart patients will STAY AWAY, quality employees will move on or just stay away in the first place. read more

This is the most inept doctors office I have ever worked with. NOT worth any stars. Horrible experience the first visit. Told to leave and get a physical and blood work done 1-2 weeks later despite the fact I had symptoms and a few urgent matters. The staff couldn't do anything to assist with labs or referrals until they got something in writing from Dr. Fine. The office manager never called me back to discuss my concerns about the procedural processes in the office. I felt my concerns were not validated. It seems this is a doctor where you do what he says and don't ask questions. It took almost a month and me calling 3 times before I heard any results from my labs. This doctor seems to be running a doc mill and after making a buck rather than helping people. He has very little time to answer your questions. He doesn't even say good bye have a good day.. nothing. He just up and leaves saying he will get the next step started, He is insistent on patients coming in for every little thing. This was my second time to the practice and I literally had the worst experience I have ever had with a physician. You should be able to have the opportunity to provide your doctor with background so the situation can be properly assessed. I was not given an opportunity to explain what I have been through for the past three years, which has been hell. I was yelled at, degraded, and on top of it Andy Fine yelled down the hall regarding private health information, which is a MAJOR HIPAA violation, in front of other patients and nurses. Being that I worked for Centura Health I have very strong knowledge of the rules and regulations and see how people should be treated. I highly doubt he would want to be treated in a way even close to this. I was disrespected and walked out, because Andy Fine would not listen, we was set in his ways and didn't care what I had to say, and actually told me he didn't care. I am a personal trainer, nutritionist, and nationally qualified BodyBuilding competitor. I know my stuff and I am a responsible loving mother, with an incredible full time job and Andy didn't care to know any of that either. I take complaint calls on a regular basis and even the really mad clients have never treated me like this. I refuse to say Dr. Fine because he is far from any kind of real Dr. that cares about his patients. No interest in helping or learning my background. He didn't want to talk about any other issues and said so, didn't care what was discussed at my last visit with Paul. Paul is amazing, I have rescheduled an appointment with Paul to try and get the proper care. I would prefer not support Fine's practice, but Paul is a great doctor, person, and cares. To be great you must have good bed side manner as well as the medical knowledge to back it. Never have I experienced anything so horrible, hurtful, and degrading. It was discriminatory and HIPAA laws were violated. If you go there, I highly recommend Paul, but do not waste your time or money with Fine. I am a strong woman and to say I was brought to tears is an understatement. read more
