I think he was charged $5 too :) The driver made sure we were all accounted for as we waited patiently for the others to arrive. When they didn't show, driver made a courtesy call to see if they still needed the ride! The weather was nice for January and we made great time, stopping once for bathroom and snacks about halfway thru. The ride was comfy but we got a bit chilly sitting in the back. We requested heat and received it!! Yippee for warm toes. Tips and tricks-- Get a punch card. Ride 10 times and get one free! Sit closer to the front. It might be warmer. Travel pillows or blankets would be ok to bring. Say hello to your fellow travelers. Make new friends!

My seat number was k6 and the seat has no cushion whatsoever, I had to stack pillows and blanket to prevent back pain Most incompetent company I've had to deal with. Called someone in Detroit to get information about the plane and flight, he gives me another number to call I believe it was in Chicago. I call that number, another person tells me we don't handle this, you have to call another number. Called that number, that person gave me the original Detroit number.
