Bottom line: I'm delighted to give Liebert Associates my very highest recommendation without any…read morereservations whatsoever. And, that's coming from a do-it-yourselfer like me who has a life long history of finding it all too easy to utterly despise accountants and account executives. A little less briefly, it gives me great pleasure to most enthusiastically recommend Liebert Associates for tax & accounting services for a variety of sound reasons. I started working with Mr. Liebert five years ago, when I took a new job in Manhattan while maintaining a family in Philadelphia. Both my wife and I also run small consulting businesses, so after 15 happy years of doing-it-myself with TurboTax, we needed help. Complexity increased when both my wife and I lost our parents and inherited a variety of assets in different states. Things went from bad-to-worse-to-seemingly impossible when my wife took possession of family trusts that were bewildering for a person like me to understand. (I'm a nuclear medicine physician.) I've been a full professor in two Ivy League universities. By those standards, Brian Liebert is extremely smart--4 or 5 sigma. So is his partner, Sally Trauco. They have enormous funds of knowledge about taxes. Their ability to manipulate information quickly to create innovative solutions, and get the job done, is even more impressive. They are consistently responsive (wow!) with quick turn around times. And, they've stood by us. Brian has settled several IRS inquiries within a few days with on-target communications that strike remarkable balances between conciseness, decisiveness, and collegiality with the IRS professionals. Perhaps as importantly, Brian and Sally are warm, kind, and easily approachable. Their social IQ's are conspicuously extraordinary, and it shows whenever they need to correct something I've done that's stupid (which is not all that infrequently). They have genuinely mature senses of humor. I've always been amazed at how well Brian seems to remember me and my wife. Sally also has a memory like an elephant, and a charming talent for communicating a lot of happy thoughts in a brief passage (unlike me). It's remarkable that an on-line service can show a personal interest in their clients. After 5 great years, we're confident you're going to greatly enjoy working with them. P. David Mozley, MD

My meeting with my tax consultant went on without a hitch. It was quick and easy. Other people who were coming in seemed to be regulars and had their taxes done at this location many a time before. There were a few unfortunate circumstances during my visit, including a surprise party for an outgoing manager and a system malfunction. They had me running to the ATM to pay my fees only to return to find the machine working. I understand these are probably rare events, but it would be nice to keep the partying and booze separate from the business side of things. Overall, a good experience, although likely a bit unique. Pros: Convenient, easy, well-priced, nice office, friendly staff. Cons: System seems to be fickle and they throw suprise parties during business hours during tax season.

I was in difficult situation…read more I live over 8,000 miles from my home state of Mass, and I needed the advice of a good estate attorney. I didn't know anyone back there that could point me in the right direction. I had no choice but to turn to Yelp to look for what I needed - and honestly, I wasn't sure what I needed or if anyone would actually help me. I picked Ms. Gorenberg because of the great reviews she had. I took a chance and shot her an email and she answered me quickly. Despite the time difference and the complexity of my circumstance, Ms. Gorenberg took the time to speak with me on the phone, answered my questions and gave me some suggestions. I faxed her what paperwork I had and she took the time to review and comment on it. In a matter of 3 days, I had everything I needed to understand and put to rest what had happened. Ms. Gorenberg was knowledgeable, efficient, resourceful and what was most important to me - KIND. I didn't know she did "complementary sessions" as the previous reviewer mentioned. I fully expected to pay for this professional's time and effort. In my opinion, Ms. Gorenberg went way beyond what I would have ever expected from a lawyer that I had no previous relationship to. I was not charged for her time or her skill. It truly blew me away. Understand that a professional person's time is money. I am a licensed professional myself and well know the day to day costs of running a successful business. The fact that here is a person willing to give away time to see if you and her are a good fit - that tells you a lot about her, her business philosophy and her personal integrity. I could not be more happy with what Ms. Gorenberg was willing to do for me. I hope my review in some small way helps her in return - and helps you to decide that this lawyer is right for you!

NOTE REVIEW IS STRICTLY ON CITIZENS ACCESS!!!…read more After years and years of sitting all my money in checking accounts and low interest savings accounts, I finally invested $$ into a CD (I had to finally sit my ass down and study about financial investments). I went with Citizens Access because they had one of the highest rates that I have seen at 2.5% for 12 months (I would never do a CD longer than 2 years but that's just me). There were a couple other banks that were slightly hire (2.55% for example), but I found the format of their website very user friendly and simple for my feeble mind. Why 3 stars? Well apparently a feeble person like me may have made the website. After investing I read the FAQ more thoroughly to see if I would get a physical CD. I saw that they don't do it (most online banks don't), but that they have something you can print out online in your account. I did that and nothing came up so I called up CA. Guy one the phone was nice and helpful enough to walk me through the website. The directions on the website are incorrect. It gives you directions for non CD accounts lol. Another complaint is they do not respond in a timely manner when you message them through their server (it has been over a week since I messaged them and still have no response). For an online bank communication is a huge must. If the rates weren't that good, I would have probably have gone to Discover where I've had 0 problems. In a little less than a year though, I should have a decent return to go on a vacation so I'm thinking about that :) Wish I learned how to invest earlier instead of letting my money just sit there.
