It is a medium sized place and the people are very nice and stick to their appointments. They have a small waiting area with coffee (these days nothing is free so I was surprised). We met Jin Yue and she was wrapping up with her appointment but came over to welcome us and let us know she'd be right with us. She was polite to both her current client and us. We had 3 separate appointments with her because we are a blended family with lots of different papers. They charge by the form and regardless if we go to a private accountant (which we've done) or to H&R Block it always cost us. We pay for the insurance so if there was ever a problem it is covered. Jin did a lot of research for us and helped us to do trails and enter in samples to figure out the best options. We also communicated by email to keep the process going. She had her supervisor check it and there were some changes because the MA laws change every year. We were very pleased and will go there again. We efiled and within a few days got our direct deposit for our state and will get our federal soon. I would recommend this office. Jin does give a lot of information and is helpful but I can also see how she may not work with other personality types if you want to go in and out and don't care about the info or details.

The woman who did our taxes last year refiled a claim for the money we were owed .. which we are still waiting to receive to date .. so my husband and i schedule to see the same woman this year who repaired the mistakes made the year before... We show up for our appointment at 11am today Just to be told the woman is out on a family emergency and they scheduled us with Todd. I expressed my concern that I was clear on the phone that we only wanted to work with the woman from last year due to mistakes made the year before, and that they should've called us today to see if we wanted to meet with someone else instead . So we decide to wait as the woman we want is out indefinitely.. We proceed to wait until 1140 ( our appointment was at 11) , just for Todd to bring us back and refuse to do our taxes! He refused to tell us why he didn't want to do them , was postering inappropriately , and extremely rude and confrontational and refused to provide us his supervisors contact information! . And on top of that didn't apologize for making us sit there for 40 minutes after our scheduled appointment just to be told he's not doing our taxes. Then he opened the front door and told us to leave! I have literally never been treated so poorly and been fearful of someone like I was today . Disgusted and embarrassed for this establishment !
