We couldn't have been happier with Jeff Shargel and his team's work. It was our first house purchase. Super clear explanations on everything. Good price. Met every deadline. Was on the ball during the closing. There was a small fee that came up at the very end of our closing, which the seller was maybe supposed to cover and they didn't want to.
