Replying Stephany S' review posted on 4/8/2012. --------------------------------------------------------------------- Mrs. Silveira, if your interest in writing your review/complaint on this site, was not a tentative to destroy the reputation of my business and mine, and it was only an act of and of a ethical person trying to help the readers of this site, then why not tell the truth and let the general public decide? You are trying to defame a company that was founded in 02/19/1992 and that still has the complete satisfaction of the clients served. We are a company respected by the public, for the quality of the work offered. I have no problems with customer complaints, because they also contribute to the growth of my company and therefore, I take the simplest of complaints very seriously. However, I cannot considerer your complaint worthy attention, because this is not grounded in truth. On 04/18/2011, THE LAST DAY OF THE TAX SEASON at 3:17 pm, Hallyson G Da Luz comes in my office in Somerville to do his 2011 tax return. He filled out our client questionnaire. In this questionnaire form, he said to be single and signed the form, and was with the information on that form that I used to prepare Mr. Luz 2011 tax return. Not at any moment, he said that he was married. He signed questionnaire form as single, signed the term of engagement indicating that he is single and he also signed the tax return as single. So Mr. Luz signed three important documents stating that he was a single person. If it was his interest to correct the error, he should just show up in my office, and one of my employees would correct the error for free, since he was a new client. That simple. No big deal. Silveira, I only knew that you had sued me at the Waltham court, on 03/05/2012 when I received the "ARREST WARRANT NOTICE". Immediately I called the Deputy Sheriff for Ciampa to find out why I have an arrest against me, and he was the one who told me I have not attended the court on 06/01/2011 and for that, I lost the case. On the same day I filed Motion Waltham Court requesting to "remove default" because I was not informed by the Court case. Mrs. Silveira you called me a JERK and wrote that I lied under oath. What moral do you have to say that? This is certainly not an act of an ethical person, or the act of someone who seeks to do the right thing. 1) I only knew Mr. Da Luz is your husband on the day of our hearing in court. Now, why was not your husband who filed complaint against me? 2) In the folder with the copies of tax return that I gave to your husband, contains the current address of both of my offices. But YOU LIED to the court, using a wrong address when filing your complain and, consequently, I did not receive the document with the date to appear in court, then having you win the case by "default ". What a Bright Idea coming from such an ethical woman don't you think? Who is the real real jerk and liar Mrs. Silveira? To your displeasure, the court understood your dishonesty and removed the default against me and on 03/19/2012. We had our hearing, where I easily proved that you lied in Court, when you purposely used the wrong address to file your complaint, and that if you had act correctly; you could have prevented the arrest notice against an honest citizen. I also proved with my office documents that your husband signed all documents claiming single. This was enough for the Court to understand his and your dishonesty and have the case turned in my favor. Mrs. Silveira, I don't really understand why you had to do all this, or the intentions you and your husband had when considering to do it. But, it does look to me like you have some kind of problem. On the same day that you posted the review against my company, you also posted others reviews. Isn't it curious that all reviews you posted on the same day, one after the other and all are bad reviews? And all against well established business? Nobody is good enough to you? I sincerely hope that you may change and stop causing these harassing acts against honest business people, who are certainly working hard to provide their best service, even to clients like you.
