But then last year I started a business and with the new tax law, I knew I had to start working with a business tax expert. In our first meeting together, Pamela walked me through my business structure options ... and even referred me to a local business attorney to file all the appropriate paperwork. Then when tax season came she made the process as easy as possible. She mailed me a file folder to hold all my documents as they came in the mail. I simply mailed that and her straightforward questionnaire back, and she and her team did the rest. The process was seamless and transparent from beginning to end. If you're a North Shore business in need of an accountant or want a second opinion on your current situation, I highly recommend you schedule a time to talk with Pamela Boardway.

Last year, KG did my Federal return incorrectly, I received a letter and a check from the IRS after I paid what KG told me I owed. This year, I reached out to KG to ask why my refund seems delayed. She refuses to tell me when she filed my return. I've asked her 3 times now and she won't answer my question. It's a very simple question and she won't answer. Clearly she sat on my return, filed it weeks after I signed it, and now refuses to admit it. I paid over $250 for her to do my taxes and she won't answer a simple question. I will find somewhere else to get my taxes done from now on.

Responsiveness via email is important to me, because I work three jobs and I'm too busy to run errands or even talk on the phone much. I .pdf my information to Cyndie (password protected, of course) and she sends it back the same way--often within 24-36 hours! If I have questions, she responds to them via email immediately. I've used her every year since and recommend her to everyone who asks me how I got my taxes done so quickly! Thanks, Cyndie!
